I love walking in to Lush! It’s a feast for your eyes and olfactory senses! My mouth waters! I bought the shower gel with dates that has the most unbelievable caramel smell! I love using it coz it feels like I’m having pudding whilst I’m showering! It has a great feel and doesn’t leave my skin dry and itchy like soap! The ladies in Lush were so helpful! I now have a second shampoo bar and I’m trying out the No Drought dry shampoo! It’s fantastic! It absorbs the oil on my hair and gives my hair body! Lush is my favourite shopping experience!!

Really lovely experience going into Lush. I had never been in before and wasn’t familiar with Lush’s products - even though I know the brand has been around for such a long time. However a friend recommended we try bath bombs for my little boy to make bath time more fun. We came out with a brightly coloured bath bomb which made bath time that evening so much fun, the shop assistant was so helpful and friendly in helping me decide and choose. I will definitely be returning to Lush and buying more!

I love the Lush ethos of little to no waste. If all other companies followed the same there would be a lot less landfill of plastic and other non biodegradable packaging. The products themselves are great and they work very well. With a vast array of choices too.

Today's Lush employee was really authentically passionate about the products and gave me the wonderful idea of combining different fragrances of bath bombs together to heighten my bathing experience. I could tell she genuinely loved her role and the products which is a rare thing to find! She provided a really lovely shopping experience.

Maybe the nicest customer service going?! Genuinely just lovely, chatty, passionate staff talking about products they clearly really believe in. The shop feels like a treasure trove.

Very good first experience so I could not give it a five however the employees were extremely nice and helpful so I will definitely be returning.

We came to Lush to see if my son could make his own bath bomb and although we were late getting there the staff accommodated us and were so helpful and polite. He loved making his bath bomb and again the staff were really good with him. I highly recommend coming to Lush to do this as it's only £6 and was a lot of fun.

Lovely compact store, has a great selection & uses the space well. On one particular day I was served by Alexandrine who showed great kindness & compassion as I had been having a hard time recently (I won't elaborate here). Love the Halloween themed products & look forward to more seasonal specials.

Went in today with two kids and the lady there was very helpful and showed them all kinds of different products. They really enjoyed it! And they both Got a little freebie with their purchases as well!

The products here smell amazing and are so pretty. The staff were lovely and accommodating - kindly put my sister's umbrella away, showed us how to use the items and what different bathbombs looked like, they were really eager to help their customers and clearly love their job ☺️ Alex also generously gifted me a free bathbomb, thank you so much if you see this, that was extremely kind of you ❤️

We go to lush regularly and the staff are always so helpful and welcoming. Last week I took my son to a party experience. He LOVED it! In fact he loved it so much we’re going again this week. They make a bath bomb, play games and get a goody bag. 10/10 would recommend

Hello there, our experience was wonderful! my daughter was just there to look and see what you sell and this kind lady ( who is Verity ) explained and helped her out sharing all her knowledge and information. She told us which ones were the most sensitive, what things were used for, she even gave us two creams to try out! Giving one of the best experience we could ask for! And she also told us about your website that you can see what ingredients you use which is great! We’ll definitely be back!

I love this Lush store. The staff are always welcoming and my most recent experience with Halli is no different. She was fully attentive and recognised me straight away as a regular shopper and remembered quickly what products I lean towards and why. I often take my autistic child in although not a quiet environment, he loves the sensory element from the scents as they’re very different from many other stores. I would love to see more CBD products in store and I’m impressed with the ones you’ve churned out in a short time since lockdown.

Their bath bombs are really enjoyable and the colours and smell are really amazing. I also cam recommend all their other products. The selection is very selected and upmarket. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Top points from both of is.

My daughter had a LUSH party yesterday for her 7th birthday and it was absolutely brilliant. The 2 girls hosting went above and beyond and the 9 children had a lovely time! Everything was taken care of and I didn't have to do anything. The girls all came home with lovely goody bags. A brilliant party I would highly recommend. Honestly my favourite place to visit for any gift (for myself or anyone else) or any necessity. Every single colleague in this building has been exemplary and so kind! From providing magical moments and experiences with products to simply helping me wrap a magnifying glass for my grandad - every time I walk into this store is so so special!
