A real lack of compassion resonates from their office and I really don't feel comfortable having them as my landlord.

    Awful company staff fail to take responsibility for anything. They try to pretend the maintenance company Countrywide is a separate entity to Town & Country. Despite owing the property they pass blame for not carrying out repairs on contractors and appear to not understand their legal obligations as a property owner and landlord. Fail to maintain properties which causes damage to neighbouring properties not owned by them. Avoid at all costs.

    Shambles, and embarrassing company. Shirty staff on phones. They Don't turn up to appointments set by them. They take our money but offer no service. Managing director failed to reply to my email. So shame on you, hope you go bust!! Well you can't afford an office, absolute joke

    Absolutely shocked at the treatment by staff in our sheltered tchg flats , been a tennant if council and then the tchg for over 40 years and now being treated like a second class citizen , made an official complaint only to be told the matters I have bought up are not to be discussed and the complaint is closed!!! No wonder the vast majority of reviews are awful. They are landlords not anything more and without tenants would not have the jobs

    Dreadful company. Considers young tenants and vunerable and elderly are ignorned and sometimes threatned. ASB totally ignored by them. If this has zero stars i would have rated that. AVOID

    pay a service for communal hallways to be cleaned, 15 weeks and no show, they are disgusting. HM not doing anything and Just Ask made the excuse they cannot gain acces, Trade button works ????

    Absolutely disgusting. Town and country are cowboys, fosters, the contractors are absolute cowboys too. Do not trust town and country as far as you can throw them. They leave families living amongst asbestos and mould. Without a front of back door for over ten weeks, without warmth and hot water because they(fosters) drilled a hole in the gas pipe. They give you a โ€˜safetyโ€™ certificate which they donโ€™t even read and says not safe to use but tell you itโ€™s ok to use. The list could go on. Not professional at all.

    After phoning the emergency hotline as we have a burst water pipe under the bath and water leaking through the ceiling I waited 20 minutes and no one answered,in between filling out a repair form its appalling.

    poor service after several attempts to get ceiling fix arrived today and still did not fix as they have loss testing reports and to make matters worse the door people arrived this afternoon after several visits said could not fix asit is distorted even after being told it could not be fixed by every body that looked at it.

    Been without heating and hot water since 29th September, town & country are telling swale heating to repair a system that has been rubbish and unreliable for 9 years , swale heating have tried to condem these heat pumps , but they still get told to fix the system . Thanks Town & country , nice to see you don't care .

    Do not move into this company's property's, if I could give zero stars I would. The worst company I've ever had to deal with. Mine and my partners mental health is on a serious decline because of this housing associations hurrastment. We are being threatened with solicitors and court for simply sitting is the huge fenced off communal garden with other neighbours and our kids. disgusted, planning to go to the mayor

    Town and country /love living homes are a disgrace I reported damp and mould in flat last November and they done damp mould treatment and then a two months later it reappeared and then they cut holes out of mu ceiling and replastered it then few weeks later the ceiling fallen in in the bedroom and living room area they have refused to re houses and are trying ING to blackmail me and now they are making me homeless my belongings are getting damaged the staff are useless very rude on the phones don't use this company of this had a lower star rating I wouldn't give yhem anything absolutely discusses how iv been treated and other neighbours with same issue aswell .
