Good customer service.

I have been using this M.A.C store since it opened whenever I am in the area. The staff are great and although they may not do as much of the specialist stuff that the stand alone stores have they do have everything you need to have fabulous make-up for any time of the day or night.

I went into Mac yesterday Friday 11th January and I was helped by a great man he really knew what he was talking about made me feel comfortable made me laugh and advised me on how to choose my lipsticks I didn’t get his name but wanted to give him a mention I love all my Mac makeup highly recommend going into Tunbridge Wells x

Tiny store crammed with everything you need. Staff are lovely and full of MAC info..if it's not in Store, they can order it in

Thank you to the lovely lady who helped me today (9-9-22) I didn't catch her name but she had a Union Jack lipstick print on. I unfortunately didn't buy anything as they've been having stock issues, but I got a list of all the items I liked and their shade to take away with me. I don't live in the area but will return whenever I am around, Thank you! :)

If you go in and then leave without buying anything then BEWARE you may be accused of shoplifting. Without checking cctv or seemingly needing any proof at all! Shame to stereotype people in that way!
