Lovely shop, certainly safe as not many customers about. We are being told to go out and buy, but today I went in to buy a pair of lights, all the shelves were nearly bare, certainly the one I wanted was out of stock as was the bulbs needed to fit into the light. So back home and ordered on the web. No wonder shops are closing but maybe I'm doing exactly what you want ???

Always love the cafe. Members get free cake with coffee vouchers!

Clean store with a good variety of product. Unfortunately, the customer service was not great. I had a problem with a faulty kitchen appliance bought online. No answer by mail since 10 days, around 5 days to get an answer with messenger. Much quicker to solve the problem in store. Some staff are really nice, some are less nicer. They solved my problem, but no commercial gesture, like if I had bought a faulty £2 pack of banana... but it was a £700 high-end kitchen appliance. A bit of service would have been excepted.

The store is very well laid out and tidy. The displays are of good quality and well labelled. The staff in the technology area tend to be reps, they only tend to help for their own products, but the rest of the staff are always very helpful. I have also found that electronics on display are often out of stock. All other products are of a good quality and staff in other areas are very friendly and helpful.

Good selection of products and good stock levels. Always happy to order you something if it is out of stock. Staff are helpful and store is well organised. The cafe is also good if you need a drink after some browsing. Good selection. Highly recommend.

I suppose as stores go it's well laid out and very clean. The assistants are all excellent - - courteous and helpful. I enjoyed a cup of tea and cake in the spacious cafe. Prices were a bit on the high side (Tunbridge Wells bias I suppose) for instance, a small cube shaped digital clock, which I recently paid £5.00p for, was matched by an identical model, selling here for nearly £40.00p. Otherwise, it was an enjoyable thirty minutes. Apart from my cuppa, I wasn't further tempted.

John Lewis online deliveries are absolutely shocking - nothing is packaged properly. We ordered new plates and bowls and they arrived all smashed up without being individually bubble wrapped. This is the second time we've ordered online and the item(s) arrived floating in a box with no bubble wrap. Things shipped from China are better packed. It's 2020 John Lewis, you'd better level up your online game or go bust with the rest of the high street!

We love JLP and never disappointed with whatever we buy. Such a beautiful shop to browse around with helpful staff always nearby to lend a hand. John Lewis is what all shops should be like.

Excellent range of household goods for pretty much every room. Large car park. Easily accessible location off the by pass. Never seems very busy which is a puzzle. Certainly worth the 15 mile drive for me.

I really like the layout of the shop and the café is decent although smaller than some others I've been to. The staff here are incredibly helpful and attentive and what you'd expect from John Lewis. Bear in mind this is an 'At Home' branch and so it doesn't necessarily have the same amount of stock as a flagship or full size one. Lots of parking but shared with other shops so you may need to park away from the store if busy, which is worth remembering if you're collecting large items.
