I brought a german shepherd in who we rescued after being abandoned on our road for a quick health check. The vet was very rude and i feel the £41.50 bill was slightly over the top for the service offered (all he did was check her heart rate)

Manager was great. She explained everything we asked regarding Flea treatment and her recommendations seems to have worked Thank you

A great place to shop for your pets, has absolutely everything you need at good prices, and of course, the added benefit is that they are also a veterinary practice, with grooming facilities.

Easy to shop, has everything you might need. Getting expensive now. Got what I needed. Staff always polite and friendly.

Got two male rats, their toys and food etc. The young man was really sweet and kind and had a love for rats himself so was very understanding about my request to want see them properly.

I brought my puppy here to the vets and it was a very good experience. The receptionists were all happy and friendly. The vet was very helpful, telling me information about my breed of puppy that I didn't know about. Also giving me general advice. He took his time with me and my puppy. The only negative thing was we went for a 10.15 appointment but didn't get seen until 11. So it was a very long wait but this felt justified seeing as the vet was very caring.

This is an excellent store with helpful and friendly staff providing a variety of services for your pets including a grooming service which is always fun to watch. Small pets sold in the store are well looked after with good sized runs for them. There's also a good variety, for example, food, climbing towers, toys and door flaps for cats etc

A team of helpful & knowledgeable superstars. Always ready and willing to point customers in the right direction, advise if necessary and carry the heavier items like 14kg bags of dog food out to my car for me as I have an arthritic spine. Very understanding, efficient and even helped me with sorting out which VIP Pets vouchers to use at the till to ensure I get the best deal. Superb selection of products and some brilliant money saving deals. Thank you especially to Andy for the heavy lifting. Looking forward to seeing you all again soon! x H x

Larger than the shop in Otford, with a better range of goods.

Staff are extremely helpful, advising to download their app to get store & online discounts. Big queues go quickly. A vast supply of pet supplies. I would have given 5 stars if stock in some areas weren't empty.

The staff are always helpful and polite. Would be nice to see a larger selection of dog toys though.

To be fair, every PatH I have been to looks pretty much identicle. The staff have always been polite. Prices are OK, but stock can be limited. On this occasion, they didn't have the size of flexible dogs lead we desperately needed, so ended up buying one with a smaller handle. The reason for 3 stars, the awful carpark, even midweek (lunch time).

Clean, tidy and very spaced out. This shop is very calming. Always well stocked and reasonable prices. Parking directly in front of shop. Staff always helpful too.

I don't know why but they love making me wait for my appointment. It's as if my time is meaningless. Every time I be been in there I've had to over a hour for a appointment. I watch other people turn up and go straight in but not me 😞😞! If they weren't cheap with lots of free parking I'd probably go find another vet's.

I love this store. They have a wide variety of foods for all types of pet. Anything you need, from food, to flea treatment, bedding and collars, and leads. Not forgetting the wide range of toys. The staff are very knowledgeable and willing to help. It is a very happy store that I highly recommend.

I only went for a dog toy and they had a good choice. They also have a small furry pets aisle which looked pristine and the fish in the aquariums also looked healthy. They had a lot more products.

I went to see the vet at this store because my dog had a ear infection - I told them I moved to the area and I had this reports from previous vets so wanted ear cleaner, I was prescribed ear cleaner and to my surprise I had a £135 bill - on the bill apparently my dog had a full health check what is required to prescribe any ear drops to my amazement … Anyway my partner was asking me not to kick off so I left and I was told to come back in 2 weeks for a check up, ( i paid the £135 ) I turned up 2 weeks later the lady walked outside looked at my dogs ears said yes it’s gone down not as red no more I asked for 1 more bottle of cleaner This time I was billed £127 Once again a full health check up was applied to my bill - the vet literally spent 25 seconds looking at my dog to then charge me for a full HEALTH CHECK up when I went to moan they told me if I don’t pay for the check up don’t collect the medication ! I said he hasn’t even had a check up ! Absolutely rude staff So I left without it - went to another vet in tunbridge wells and got everything I needed for £22

Eveytime I visit they only have 1 till open even though the queue is 10 deep, very annoying. Difficult to find staff to ask any questions.
