The staff here get treated awfully. The management is very clearly poor and unprofessional, specifically Tyler. He was poorly put together, unhelpful and was horrible to employees. I heard him shout to a young female co-worker to "go over there and look pretty" which I personally think is disgusting. Sexualising a teenage girl is unprofessional and predator behaviour which no one should be subject to in their workplace. This is a very poor reflection on the brand and I will no longer be shopping here, despite my previous loyalty to the company.

Great store with a good range of outdoor and activity clothing and equipment. Found a flask at a great price, very impressed and pleased. Nice layout of store, spread out onto two floors but lift easily accessible for those who need it. Well done, will be visiting again soon x

My second trip to this store and each time the offers have needed a discount card. This was quick and easy to sort out and made a massive difference to the original price. There is a great sale on at the moment so get in quick. The assistant dealing with my request was really helpful and keen to find my product. I only gave 4 stars because although there were lots of staff around , not one of them asked the four children running around and crashing into other customers , to stop, an elderly lady was nearly put on her bottom.

5 star!!!30% discount off evereything!!!this is great because the items at this store are quite expensive especially tents which cost hundreds of pounds and to go camping you dont just need a tent you need lots more eg a table,cooking equipment,toilet,toilet chemicals,blow up beds,deckchairs, sink basins and tooth brush which can sum up to thousands of pounds but fortunatley with the 30% discount off it costs much less.Great to buy now if you are a first time camper especially with weather getting better!!They even have duke of edingbrugh reccomendations in this store!!!I love that the upstairs is just tents and bikes only makes evereything easier.The asiles are also very clearly labelled so no confusion.Izzy f our server at the counter was polite

Brilliant amounts of stuff. Good deals if you pay £5 to get their card to access them. However, the service I received was a bit mixed, young guy stocking shelves at the back of the store was pleasant and friendly, young woman on the till was beyond unfriendly to the point of being hostile. Suspect it was because it was getting close to closing time but not really acceptable.

They can't say when they will deliver your goods - they do not respond to emails - they cancelled my order at my request when I eventually got through to someone unhelpful on the phone. Since I couldn't get any help or information I thought it best to cancel the order - they were quick to do this (within 24 hours). However, they have yet to give me my money back days later!

Really good service when face to face (hence the extra star) but no one ever picks up the phone so we can get a new bike fixed. Haven't even had the chance to use it and now I'm going to have to book somewhere else and pay for a service for a brand new bike!

Poor service. Ordered on Monday, get a text saying order I’d bring processed through their warehouse. On Wednesday I get another text saying my order is being passed through the warehouse. Then on Friday I get another message saying exactly the same thing! How big of their warehouse that it takes a well to dispatch an order?! Phone customer services who couldn’t give a hoot and offered no apology or ETA as to when my package might be dispatched. When I suggested it might be better to cancel my order the person did it without hesitation. Great business model!

Having tried to purchase a shelter in an offer advertised in the June edition of their catalogue, I found that the offer of a free side and door with the shelter was not available on their website. I contacted customer services and they agreed that it should be and that they would get it sorted. They asked me to send them a photo of the offer which I did. I received an email saying they were looking in to it and then 3 more over the next week or so asking me to be patient. I then had an email saying that I had now missed the offer and they were closing the ticket! They made no apology and refused to honour the deal despite me having emails to prove they were in the wrong. I feel that there may have been a mistake in the catalogue offer and all they were doing was holding out until the offer was over. For the record they did have everything in stock on the day that I called them! I will never buy from them again, it is a shame that Blacks and Milletts are all part of the same group and no doubt have the same awful customer service team.
