Well done Smyths for upsetting my 10 year old son. 👏 👏. My son has used his birthday money to buy a game for his switch to get it home to find it was no suitable for the lite. I've taken the game back to your store on the same day, but because it was opened I wasn't allowed a refund or even an exchange. Will not be shopping at Smyths again. Staff member was very smug, rude and condescending.

Bo professionals at all worse managers ever, can't resolve a problem which they done it, can't handle with customers, carefully when you have to get a free gift when you buy lots of lego they don't give it to you unless you ask for it. And even then they try to blame you for they're fault. I left without a Nintendo free case as they told me they can't do anything

Would be 0 stars if I had the opportunity the staff need training in customer service for a start. Went in to purchase a baby gate had a choice of 2 that had NO PRICE TAG so went to customer service to ask a simple question after being ignored by staff at customer service desk I waited for 15 mins the old lady in front had coupons and change lol counted them out as slow as possible. Was more annoying because I promised the kids a toy each well we got gate from argos and toys from entertainer, we spent over 100 today that you lost out on plus 2000 pound last year you will no longer have our custom good day sir

Well done Smythes, this toy shop has significantly improved in quality of stock since they opened in Aylesford some while ago, but most importantly every single worker there smiled and said ‘Good Evening’ to me!! Felt great to feel welcomed and I will certainly make it the go-to toy shop now I have a grandson 👍🏻

Good collection of toys for all ages.Every aisle is clearly marked for the specific age group and gender, to make shopping experience easy.Staff greeted with a smile all throughout and were very friendly in assisting with selection. Definitely worth visiting the store as you can get better deals than purchasing online from other providers, which is a ripoff for children toys.

They NEVER EVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!!! I’ve tried 10 times over three days. Easier to drive the ten miles to go there and see if they e fixed my grandsons bike. No e Mail address either. Carrier pigeon anyone????? 😑

Visited the Aylesford store today and was served by Hannah. She helped us choose a new car seat and helped us fit it. She was so helpful and really knew what she was talking about with the car seats. Thank you for making it an easy experience Hannah! Great customer service!

Great store, great staff, great customer service. We bought a product and it turns out that there is a problem and they refund us as soon as check the product. Without a question, without any problem.. I am their loyal customer from now on.

The store had many options for kids, however, Hannah ruined my visit to this store. I asked her many times I needed isofix car seat for my baby whom I was with and she could see her. When talking to Hannah, she would just look at me blank as if she is listening to podcast on headset and not listening to me. In end she raised her voice and said these are all the best car seats and choose one.. huh! She didn’t hear a thing I said to her. We came long way to this store and couldn’t buy a car seat for our daughter because of the so called Hannah the expert who was no expert and didn’t know how to pay attention to customer.

A great shop but the gangways are too narrow as they have jammed so much in.

Good sized store but found the layout a little odd compared to other Smyths I have been to. Plus there was signage for Lego down a couple of aisles that had no Lego at all. Perhaps they are in the process of moving stock around.

Spent 3 hours trying to get through to the store but no one answers the phone! Don't bother trying to get hold of the store if you have any questions, no one answers!

Just wanted to share my son's best toy trip ever he had saved his pocket money to buy a big piggy from Roblox he walked up to pay for it and It was not on system so they let him have it he couldn't stop smiling he got his teddy and still had his money he said it was the best day ever......thank you so much for making his day and smile till bedtime

Me and my son went to buy an external hard drive for a digital PS5. The sales man gave us a PS4 compatible external hard drive. When we plugged it , it heated up and didn’t work on the PS5. However , within 24 hours we went to return it. The salesman over the games counter named Aaron explained us that it won’t work with PS5 as it is designed to work with PS4. We were surprised to hear it as we bought it for PS5 , he also admitted that it’s a our fault however if you bring an image of the error I will return. We went back and got the image. Suddenly he refused to return it even after we showed him the image. Please don’t buy any games or game products from them. Amazon is much better , they also return if the product is faulty or even been .
