It was the first time going as a (now) wheelchair user. It was learning curve, forgetting to ask where the disabled toilets are and not being able to reach the soap dispenser in regular toilets etc. That said it was a wonderful experience, my friends (novices to helping a wheelchair user) and the staff, especially the Manager; Phil were very helpful to make me feel just like every other cinema participant. I recommend 100% and look forward to going again. 👍

Very nice cinema and staff are always kind and helpful. I have so far only been in two screens with a wheelchair user and both times the only place to sit was at the front, a few feet away from the screen. With spinal and neck problems, it makes it a difficult and at times, painful experience. It would be good if there was a way to have wheelchair places looking at the screen at a level view

Out of town cinema with plenty of parking. Friendly staff. Major issue for me was the extremely poor screen quality in Screen 1 - there for the 1pm screening of Wonka on opening day (8 Dec 23). I noticed during the adverts & trailers that there were very visible yellowy blotches on the screen which were visible whenever there was a light-coloured image and very visible when a white image was shown. I know it was not the quality of the projection as the blotches and marks remained static on the screen regardless of the moving images - therefore the visual imperfections were 'baked in' to the screen itself. I suspect the screen may be dirty from dust (needs a hoover) or potentially water damaged? Either way, it completely spoiled the screening for me especially as the opening scenes of Wonka were very light in colour and the issue, first visible in the trailers and adverts, persisted into the main feature and repeatedly took me out of the film iself. Please, please sort this out. As a film lover, I cannot understand how cinema staff have not spotted this issue and taken steps to correct it. Photos taken during the adverts do not adequately portray how visually awful the screen looked for real.

Out of the town centre. A 217 bus serves Knights Park from t Wells Town centre. Pretty much a modern cinema so has the benefits of hood sound and screen. Can't complain about the seating as they are comfy.

Looking at other reviews, I thought this place would be a nice change from the other Odeons I normally go to. Personally I'd never come to this one again, granted it could have been an off day but I won't visit again to know if that was the case. Now, the positives. The gentleman at the front to scan you in was very friendly, informative etc. And that's my only positive. The food was nasty. I don't frequent a cinema expecting gourmet meals but I know the difference between a fresh batch of products and old products. The popcorn was stale, like it had been left out in the open for forty days and forty nights. The nachos, again stale and the cheese was hard. Definitely not "fresh" cheese. Jalapenos didn't jalapeno. The drink was flat. Oh lord. It was just all bad. And most importantly and the reason for my rating, the place stank of urine. I couldn't actually focus on the movie properly because of the smell. So my quarterly treat to myself which is going to the cinema - was ruined because of the choice in venue.

A fairly large Odeon with helpful staff, ample parking, and decent stadium-type seating (at least on screen 2) so easy to see the screen. Like many Odeons, food and drinks are purchased via the kiosk then picked up at the counter, which was easy and efficient. Toilets a little dated but clean. It is in a slightly odd location as feels a little remote, with few other businesses nearby and signs into the parking lot saying you’re going into a residential zone, but no complaints on the theatre itself.

Just arrived at 9am on a cold sunday with the kids for a 9:20am film to be told they aren’t ready to open yet they will be 20 minutes. Some nonsense about checking fire doors although I suspect it’s some staff haven’t bothered turning up on time. No we can’t wait inside in the warm so left standing outside. Upset kids, thanks Odeon. Really poor experience but I guess as ever customers are the lowest priority.

This place is massive, very nice and appeasing to the eyes to look at. I came here while in my stay in Tunbridge Wells and watched mission impossible: dead reckoning part 1 (fun amazing watch by the way).
