Nice friendly staff. Coffee was good and the breakfast was great. As always you can always tell how good the breakfasts are by the sausages, and these were lovely. Fairly reasonable prices. A good place to watch the world go by.

Our popular place for a lunch sandwich. They have a good range of choices, bread is fresh and always warm. I think they price way lower than what their food and decor deserves. Very spacious and cozy interior which to me is important. Staff is friendly. Definitely recommend.

I was on my way to Gail’s to get a hot drink to ease my throat and took a punt on this place…i’m glad I did.. great chilled vibe , great service from Willow and lovely music! Happy new year

Coffee was nice but the chap that served me added a tip without asking my permission. Also heard another customer complain about this. Won't be going back on principle as there are plenty of other cafes in the immediate area.

I popped in for a tea and coffee takeaway. The coffee was the worst I've had in a long time, it tasted stale and bitter. The tea apparently wasn't nice either. We couldn't drink either, I would've taken it back but we were one the road and needed to get somewhere. I won't visit this place again.

The 2 members of staff today were a credit to this lovely cafe. After I made an error with my order and made changes, no fuss was made and was promptly changed, the 2 ladies one shinead were so understanding. Highly recommend coming here

Unfortunately the place has let us down last couple times. Staff shortage, stock issues… last time I was waiting 30 minutes to order food (I did not mind because the lady was by herself behind the bar), but I let her know when she could, I was ready to order breakfast. The man popped in exactly at 12 and I was told no breakfast anymore even I was there waiting… we paid for drinks and left.

Delicious lunch. Great service. Only feedback is coffee could be improved when compared with other coffee shops nearby.

Enjoyed a first visit to the Lodge Coffee House and i was very impressed. Tea was lovely and danish pastries very very good, fresh and tasty. Excellent quality of food and drinks very good prices and great atmosphere. Would visit again if i was in Tunbridge.

1st return visit after almost 8 years, when it was my daily lunch favourite. Just as good as before.

I met a friend here for breakfast earlier in the week, and we both went with the full English garden breakfast. You get to choose your eggs’ style, toast type, and any additions/replacement items are easy to make. The food was delicious! Not greasy at all, perfectly cooked hash browns (my fave) and all beautifully presented. Value for money is outstanding, drinks are extra, but that’s not a problem. When the food quality is this good, I’m happy to pay more! The staff are also amiable and attentive, and we were made to feel very welcome. I shall be returning.

Instead of. Chatting inside as opposed to taking the outside as promised and then forgetting the drinks is asking a lot. What we ate though was truly good. I suppose to go inside for the bill is par for the course.

Came here for an early evening coffee. Very friendly, attentive gentleman who served us. Excellent coffee (their own blend) and lovely sunny spot outside.

Great coffee, great food, great service! Were in and out in half an hour so a great option if you are tight on time!

Have been here for breakfast a couple of times, food is good and reasonable. Always a bit quiet as we go early, not sure what it is like during the day and evening but from experience in the morning, I would give it a try.

Joke of a cafe. In a street full pack of cafes, this one is to be avoided at all cost. Two people to serve 3 tables in a quiet end if day and 20 mn to get our drinks... Incompetence? Anyway, we ask for the bill, 16 pound for the little bottle of cider (4.50 on the menu) Oups, mistake... 😡 Never again!

Delicious vegetarian/vegan lunch. An unassuming place that seemed like a coffee shop delivered a delicious, vegan lunch! Friendly staff.
