You pretty much know what you are getting at ASK and whilst part of a chain, this one in Tunbridge Wells has enough character that it doesn't feel like they are just trying to take your money off you. There are always some good deals on if you search their website or other internet deals. Garlic Bread Speciale is definitely big enough to share as a starter. The Prima light menu option are excellent and just because they're low-cal doesn't mean they're small portions, the rainbow salad with dressing was very nice. Staff are friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Great option for a pre-theatre meal, but good enough for lunch or dinner.

Changed the menu. They upped the price and reduce the amount of food on a plate. No rice or salad on the platter. That's a separate order now!! . Sad really. waiters are nice. Food standard nothing special.. Decor modern. Greedy greedy. People soon realise!

Lovely atmosphere, really nice food, and great value on top of all that.

A really nice place. Menu is pizza, pasta, and rissoto. Starters are limited to basic things like bread and olives. Moderately priced. Good and fast service.

Staff is wonderful. How funny it is to find the best English staff in our entire trip to England in an Italian restaurant. Dishes were very good but overall the flavored lemonade was excellent. We went dining on New Year’s Eve and were very welcome. I will remember my stay there. Thank you.

Went here last night for my 40th birthday with some friends and to say the food and service was appalling would be kind!! When we got there the place was pretty empty which is no surprise but we were advised there was a wait on food, we were in no rush so was no issue, so we thought we would have a few cocktails while we waited!! To anyone else that may think this is a good idea - do not do it, I repeat do not do this!! They were the worse drinks I have ever tasted, they tasted like gone off Medicine!! And then the food appeared - I have never in my life eaten food so bland, having to add salt and pepper just so it tasted ok enough to eat!! The manager thought cleaning tables around us in their empty restaurant was more important than dealing with our table!! To anyone who thinks of attending this ASK branch I would fully advise Pizza Hut as a better option!!

Amazing food , the staff was lovely They got us a table when they was super busy on a sunday afternoon. Quick service considering they was busy and was only to happy to help. The main and desert its delicious. They really do cook great food over there , only thing I say is take the lobster dish off the menu if you dont have it. Lovely time overall

Second time here, second bad meal here. Ask are usually pretty good but this branch can't seem to serve hot food. Or remember to bring drinks over. Then when you ask for the service charge to be taken off they become blunt and rude. If you're not happy about receiving a smaller tip because of poor service please don't stand behind the till moaning about us when we can clearly see you! Definitely won't be going here again.

I've been impressed in the past but today was not a great experience. Over 80 minutes for two courses and one soft drink, very slow service. My daughter's pasta looked microwaved too. When I asked for parmesan on my pizza I received a very small portion and the guy walked off before I could ask for more. I won't be going here again. Everyone looked like they were suffering!

Excellent food and staff here. Met the manager on our last visit and very impressed, you can see where his team get their brilliant attitude from. Would definitely recommend for families. Right in the heart of the town close to parking, shops and the theatre
