ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING TREATMENT READ BELOW…….UNBELIEVABLE I’ve clicked 5 stars so I don’t go to bottom Lamborghini tunbridge wells took a deposit for a white Aventador with agreed price of £276,000 and signed the deposit agreement forms as I did only to then sell the car 2 days later to a higher bid and tell me there was a 48 hour completion on the car and therefore we had sales targets to achieve They then guaranteed to find another car with same spec ….. haven’t heard a thing and the principal business manager cut me short in a phone call to attend a meeting and will call back after . I received a text explaining he was really busy day and half later !!!!!! I’ve brought Aston Martin’s from grange Welwyn who were superb but stay well away from Lamborghini go to HR Owen

I had my Lamborghini Huracan Evo first service carried out and I can only say that the service I had from Tunbridge Wells Lamborghini absolutely fantastic. Tom and Renz could do enough to help me and really bent over backwards. I live on the Isle of Wight and the help they provided in helping get the car to them and returned was second to none. They even arranged for a damaged wheel to be repaired and alignment whilst the service work was carried out, very reasonably. I have dealt with many garages over the years and the experience with Tunbridge Wells I can honestly say has been amongst the best. I will definitely be using Tunbridge Wells Lamborghini for future service work and purchases. I am very much a stickler for customer service and satisfaction and Tunbridge Wells gets a big 10/10 from me. Many thanks.

I was reading your reviews and came across a 5* review by Jack Easton, who I know is a employee of your business. 🤔 wonder if all the good reviews are genuine. Surely google should investigate. Reason for my 1* review is my friend bought a car from here, car was amazing but his had to pay over £1000 maintenance within 3 months of him purchasing his which is unfair and when he questioned the dealership the sales manager actually decided to use foul language and actually disconnect the call. If you guys are not willing to carry out the work that’s fine but a customer who has spent his hard earned money on his pride and joy does not deserve to be treated this way. I think he deserves an apology.

What a fantastic service the team provide at Tunbridge Wells. The journey with Eloise and her knowledge has been fantastic, always honest and realistic about what’s possible to set my expectations at an appropriate level. The showroom always looks fantastic inside, and I have always felt welcome. Eloise is a true petrol head knowing about the models, specs, and the likely driving experience. The process has been made special by how genuine and empathetic Eloise has been, I’m not actually sure if Eloise is more excited about the car finally being delivered than me! Okay, it’s a special brand with special products, but that would mean nothing if the whole experience wasn’t special too, and it has been that without doubt. Thank you.

Having bought a car from you guys this year (thanks to Jack in sales!) we attended your Christmas charity event for Demelza house children’s hospice. I cannot compliment you guys enough - what you laid on for those kids and us as customers was incredible. We have been made to feel part of a great family and for such an exclusive brand there was none of the snobbery exhibited with other marques. Car is awesome, this dealership is awesome, I am certain I will be a repeat customer.

Popped in purely for a quick look, despite it being visibly obvious we are not the standard clientele nor looking to purchase a car the Lady who greeted us was polite and friendly, didn’t judge us in the slightest and still kept a smile on her face.
