Large Range store with a wide selection of homeware goods available. There is even an Iceland tucked away in the corner... slightly odd. Quality is pretty good and prices are very reasonable. Some good finds to be found here. Staff are friendly.

Prices are not what they say they are !!! it’s a shame because I like the shop but rude staff who seem to want to get the last word in. Plus staff member says yes that’s the product and another staff member very driven to prove a point that the computer is right and the price on the label is clearly wrong. Very disappointing shop and lack of customer service.

Sadly didn't have a lot if time to look around properly but loved it, lady at till very friendly it was about 4pm we were on a day trip from Littlehampton

Great customer service and lots of products but not many people it was very quiet. This Range also has Iceland . Thank you to the wonderful ladies at the customer service desk and till point .

Great range (no pun intended) of goods, very nice arts and crafts section, in-store Iceland, reasonable prices. Poor store layout though! Hard to find items sometimes.

Found what I wanted easily. The branch of Iceland is really useful. The Christmas section seemed enticing and well stocked but I looked away because it's too early.

A really good store. Almost always get what I came in for and more. Staff are really knowledgeable and helpful appreciate all their hard work to make the store the success it is.

Good store, but there is not a garden in, only a garden section We had difficulty finding it because the navigation leads us to the parking.

One of the finest & most enjoyable indoor shopping experiences for all needs under one roof in Royal TunBridgeWells, Kent. What we liked was "true to its name" wide range available at "competitive prices". Helpful & Hospitable Staff too. Highly recommended. Thanks to all concerned at this Centre & the Management. Well done. Keep it up but not the prices.

The Range in TW is always well-stocked with great variety and competitive prices. Their offering at Christmas time for ornaments, gifts, goodies and paraphernalia is always outstanding.

Has pretty much everything here, always good prices, the Iceland section is good but not as much for as a full Iceland unfortunately.

Always walk in for one thing but leave with 21 🤣😅. Loads of things from lampshades to fake flowers to baking goods. Worth a wonder if in Tunbridge Wells.

We were out trying to buy a pop up gazebo, so my partner phoned the Range in Tunbridge Wells to enquire what stock they had. We were told that they had all types in stock and on display. We drove from Lewes in East Sussex only to find they only had one type in stock, which was inappropriate. The manager offered no explanation or apology, was downright rude, as were the rest of the depressed staff. Awful place, badly run by unprofessional staff. Avoid.

Excellent store.. friendly staff and has all that you could possibly want at a fraction of the price.. perfect shop for these crisis times...

Found exactly the right style photo frames and at a very competitive price.

Nice shop overall good level of stock but needs a bit of TLC. If you are after a bargain (however be advised that some products are low on price because of their quality) this could be a place for you. There is an Iceland shop inside this store as well. We like to have a nose from time to time for inspiration on different projects and to browse. Will definitely go back at some point.
