There is a worker in there called Ruth she is soo rude amd starts talking to her friends about me and my partner also I have seen her steal stuff from her work so if you want your store to do well she needs to be fired and also victimise a friend of mine saying they have stared at them when they are just doing their shopping amd got them banned all because she doesn't like that person

Very disappointed in your customer service relations, banned because his Auntie doesn’t like him, how pathetic and this is not the first time, you would rather employ a thief and a liar and this will be going to the newspaper.

Brought a blue ray DVD from here today, it was sealed in its orginal packaging. When I get home, open it, the disc is wrong! Really... do not buy their DVD's.. it's like lucky dip! 😡

Has Pep&Co clothing. Good value for money. Has everything from garden things, cleaning products, toys, stationary and much more.

Why is it every time I shop in there recently there are long queues and none of the self service tills are open. What is the actual point of having self service tills ?????

Everyone loves Poundland. A national treasure of treasures. Sure, the staff don't really care much, and sure there's mess and trash everywhere but where else are you going to find milk, duct tape and light bulbs all in place that's cheaper the supermarkets.

Great bargain store, I witnessed someone stealing items so mentioned it to staff who weren't bothered, the just watched the individual leave the shop with stolen goods index their jacket!!

The Gentleman working at the self-checkout around 4.15pm was excellent. Great customer service, extremely busy with school kids and was still attentive, and professional. I have used the store a few times now and he's always smiling and helpful.

I enjoy this shop because some of the items on sale are good quality for the money. Otherwise it's pick & mix!

Bought a product spend £3 opened the packaging there was nothing inside it! And was refused a refund for the product managers in there are absolute pathetic.
