Very rude peasant called Sue, or so...50-60 yo lady dressed with Christmas jumper but treating people like animals. I asked her kindly to review the items I scanned as there was a mistake and she was irritated with bad attitude since the beginning when I called her. I got angry and I had argument with her because of her attitude. I spoke with her manager too. Definitely she should work somewhere else but definitely not dealing with customers...it s sad to see a 50-60 years old woman that she still doesn't know how to behave..if ahe doesn't like her job she should change it but she s probably not capable to find something else. I hope someone take action about it

Good parking and decent sized tesco. One staff member wasn’t so pleasant, giving me numerous dirty looks whilst I was trying to access something they were restocking. Also had no doughnuts at the time, which was sad too! But alas

As per other reviews, definitely not a ‘superstore’ size, it’s rather small. Selection isn’t too bad although not my preferred supermarket due to size - I only go when I have to from the hospital. Lots of self checkouts though which is nice.

Couldn't buy organic chicken thighs or drumsticks. Limited free range chicken. Children's drink cartons are all Tesco only brand, dominating any choice, but with varied packaging to try and fool the customer into believing juice comes from harvesters or Molly's farm, a load of farm-goodness wash nonsense. It's all from concentrate too. Would like to buy organic juice.

Good large Tescos with pretty much everything you'd need for a weekly shop. Large car park, and open long hours for emergency barbecue or munchy runs, etc

Pretty small Tesco, but always plenty of car parking space, never a queue at the tills and there's EV chargers.

Oh, what a good supermarket! I liked it so much. We will come here again!

A handy supermarket for drivers. Too small to be classed as a superstore but you'll find most of the basics and a bit more too. Plenty of parking. Surrounding roads are choc-a-block at rush hour. Friendly staff.

I would like to thank the staff of your Pembury store, I believed that I had my purse stolen from my bag whilst shopping. Your fabulous till worker Jim went over an above to help me, I had lost my voice so it was difficult to communicate, he is truly an asset to the team. Not a huge store but well stocked & enough for the basic weekly shop.

It's a good store , but there is not a lot of options to choose from on certain products

Totally understaffed and long queues at checkout. Avoid if you can.

Mostly cheap and usually cheerful, best point I'll say is I am always in and out pretty quickly. Staff are good at their job and most of the time it's a relaxed and easy trip.

Convenient for the Village, and everything you would expect from Tesco, but this store doesn't sell clothes.

Small supermarket but well stocked most of the time. Ample parking, friendly staff and good opening times.
