Nice food but usual standard, but again, it's McDonalds.

I've just ordered. I've received my food without any sauce (and my menu included special sauce), no ketchup, no paper napkin, no sugar or wooden spoon for my coffee... I went arround looking for the usual spot to take all of it and they don't have any. When I've come back to ask for the sauce, she interrupted me, threw me 4 packets of sugar and ketchup and done. Rude, out of place and no good service costumer at all. They should be asking if you want it, no us coming back and be treated in this way...

the worst MacDonalds I have been too in years. visited at lunch time 3 staff on duty who seemed go have taken a "go at your slowest pill. they were more interested in talking to each other than actually doing their job. not fast food, in fact having three people in front of me and it took 15 minutes to get my food unbelievable. if I had seen a manager I might have asked why they were so slow during a lunch period.

The burger buns tasted 'soggy', the burger meat patties were barely warm and curled up in shape, but worst of all, my grandson's fries were 'rock hard' and cold. Not their fault, but 'Spud U Like' was the only other food unit trading and only five other people eating in this huge foodhall! As a result, the atmosphere whilst eating was miserable, especially the food being how it was.

Not Mcdonald fault but the centre only have one lift to access the food court. Not waiting my whole lunch break in a cue just to get to the food court. You may as well close your centre, I can see why all the stores want to up and leave you centre. A place I will definitely not returning!!!!!

Just so people know this McDonald’s is no longer at this location it closed January 21 according to shopping centre staff. I went on a wild goose chase trying to find it

Hashbrowns are always soggy and stuck to paper. They regularly mess up online orders, and sometimes you get sent dry, squashed burgers that they obviously didn't care were to be thrown out.

Very good service, even though the place was really busy, we were greeted by a very cheerful assistant. Enjoyable meal, and clean tables. Made our grandchildren very happy.

Interesting. I heard ad in Spotify about Mc. I ordered food and was order accepted. After few minutes order was cancelled. I can't understand who is responsibility for spending money for ad and lose a customer in the same time.

Good service with a keen band of staff on a Saturday lunchtime. Standard McDonald's products at the normal prices. There was provision of a good seating area.

Very busy, but Rose to the challenge and served us pretty quick. Seats available and kept clean. Well done guys👍👍
