    I'm disabled so can't always cook. I ordered a half chicken that was dry and smothered in sauce so the skin was slimy. Spicy rice was boiled white rice with a few chopped jalapeños and the chips soggy. The garlic bread had rubber cheese in it. Neither wingos or tops Pizza took any responsibility for how bad the food was and blamed each other. Even their service provider. I wouldn't give this to a wild fox. It was beyond disgusting and the customer support, don't bother. Worst takeaway in Tunbridge Wells

    Rotten gut chunner junk food should be closed down. Didn't have any thing from this place you only have to look at the outside. Avoid at all cost.

    I ordered the food and paid over phone, i was told an hour for delivery. But after phoning the store twice the order came around an hour and 25 mins later. The guy delivering had no clue that the order was paid so he phoned up the store who didnt have any idea, i had to bring out my transaction on my phone for it to be cleared. The food was cold and chicken was tough. Normally they are edible but today was not good enough. Not a good experience today at all

    Ordered through just eat.The delivery never arrived.Thry lied on the just eat app to say it did.B No refund was given.They stole £38 pounds.Avoid at all costs

    Absolute joke. Pre-ordered with 3 hours notice, and the food still arrived 45 mins after the requested time. I called 10 mins after the scheduled time to be told it’ll be there in 5 minutes, to which it wasn’t. Food was soggy and just about warm, with far too much salt on everything. Won’t be using again. Avoid at all costs

    Appalling experience. Within one minute of the food arriving I phoned Wingos to inform them that the chicken is completely raw inside. They said it couldn’t possibly be. I asked to send them photos and immediately they realised it was completely raw, and uncooked. I asked for an immediate refund as we couldn’t eat out dinner. I have chased them on 3 occasions for a refund and now they’ve blocked my phone number. I can’t recommend against Wingos enough. To add to it, I’m pregnant and I did let them know I am pregnant and have received uncooked raw chicken but they clearly don’t care/haven’t resolved the issue. Appalling.

    1Hour 47 Minutes and still waiting --- Cant wait for my COLD chicken. Update - two hours later still not arrived and was told I would have to get my money back from Just Eat - so I paid £25 to wait two hours and no food?? Dont think so.

    Despite living 15 miles away delivery was only a few minutes later than advised. The driver apologised multiple times for being late. Chicken was all great. Some sides/nibbles were soft but expected that after being in a box and thermal bag for 40 minutes. Would happily use again.

    Ordered through just eat as I collect points. Was delivered within time specified but unfortunately the driver rung my number and told me I had to go downstairs to front of building to collect the food I explained that I was alone with twin babies so wouldn't be able too. He then moaned and finally said OK. Then proceeded to hold the buzzer down for an extremely over the top time. Unfortunately food was cold I have ordered from here a few times and not had too many issues but the driver has put me off completely it was all paid for all he needed to do was drop the food at front door. Maybe review your drivers! Have retried due to last minute food needed. And have to say they have surpassed the last review great meal.
