Really helpful staff with great knowledge base on all of the different holiday types they provide. Whether it's a Cruise, short breaks, full on holidays and flights. Between the various members of staff they can provide detailed information about most destinations. There is also a currency exchange in the shop.

TUI shop staff are excellent 5star TUI customer service online or on the phone appalling if something goes wrong with your holiday don’t expect any help with TUI customer service DREADFUL

She goes above and beyond for her customers and always makes me feel so welcome and special as she gives her undivided attention to us and all our needs. I went to tui in bromley and had such a nice experience I was looking for a family holiday to Turkey. I was greeted by a agent called Lisa. She was fantastic she looked high and low for me and got me the best deal. Would recommend going there for all your holidays in the future. All I need to do now is pack my bags and go.

We were seen by a lovely member of staff called Lisa who took so much time to find the perfect holiday for myself and best friend. Great experience with Bromley TUI. Maggie was excellent! Super helpful, friendly and very happy knowledgeable. She knew the hotel I wanted to book, as well as the surrounding areas letting us know how far the nearest town, beach and restaurants were. I'd definitely book with Bromley TUI again, and will request Maggie in the future.

Feray is the lady I see each time I go in as she has a great understanding of my needs for my holidays and always makes suggestions for me that I may not have thought about. We always book with Sarah as she not only is very knowledgeable & professional she also takes her time to listen to our needs as a family for our holiday choices.
