I had the most amazing massage at The Zen Den! Really lovely place, so relaxing and was made to feel really comfortable. Everything was explained really well and the massage itself was one of the best I've had! Definitely going back.

I cannot recommend Bex enough. I swear she has magic wands for hands! Not only is she the loveliest person but also so knowledgeable and really listens to you and your body. Her therapy space is gorgeous, with the beautiful decor and zen vibes, you can't help but feel completely relaxed when you leave.

This is the second time I have visited the beautiful Zen Den. I not only enjoy the experience hugely within the lovely environment and in the presence of Rebecca's kind and warm welcome but I also know that when I am struggling with a bad back the magic that Rebecca performs on me will heal me. There is a reason why the Zen Den is so highly thought of, Rebecca's knowledge of the body and how she holds and works with it is so gently imbues me with the confidence that she knows just what I need to help me. I will always return if I am in need of healing or time to myself in a lovely and soothing environment.

A truly wonderful experience at 37 weeks pregnant. I felt so well looked after in this beautifully relaxed atmosphere. The massage itself was the best I’ve had and I will definitely be returning. Thank you xx

Rebecca at Zen Den has a superb understanding about the body and what's required on any given session. She has a beautiful and clean studio at her house that is thoroughly relaxing. A really good masseuse that I highly recommend.

Superb. I was recommended Bex by Nuffield having had a shoulder operation due to several falls down stairs. Despite only having one session so far, my body, for the first time in ages, actually feels like mine! It always hurts and does not move with ease but this morning I have woken up and it’s moving so much better and the awful aches and pains are way less. It’s wonderful to actually start to feel half way normal again. I can’t wait to see Bex again! Thank you so much xx

Everything was perfect - her service, the setting, nice smells, atmosphere and lovely touch with some guided meditation at the start, it felt like therapy! And the massage itself... best ever. Today’s treatment with Bex at The Zen Den was absolutely in my top 5 massages of all time (and I’ve had A LOT!). I’ve got a few injuries at the moment, and Bex listens and treats them in such a brilliantly holistic way through a combination of massage and mobility 🥰

It was amazing experience! I can safely say that it was the best massage of my life. All my wishes were listened to, the approach was very gentle, the meditation at the beginning of the massage helped me to concentrate more and get a much better result.It was also the first time I had a head massage which I really enjoyed, I am very grateful that everything was taken care of to the last detail, it made the massage a memorable experience. After the massage I was in a super relaxed state for another two hours, it was amazing! And lastly I would like to add that I really liked the fact that there was no rush, the concentration was the same on all parts of the body and the pace was the same too. I am insanely grateful to Bex for such a marvellous massage. Highly recommend!!!

My first visit to Bex's Zen den, 36 weeks pregnant. I was immediately made to feel welcome and comfortable. Bex was very thorough about my personal requirements and health etc. The 90 minutes massage really hit the spot!! Bex worked really hard at those tight knotted areas. I came home feeling melted! I can't wait for my next massage.

Lovely experience, have been looking for a massage for a while where I feel I would like to be a regular, and I feel now I’ve found it. Restorative and relaxing but strong in the right places as well. Will definitely be re-booking!

Bex is one of the best therapists I've had. She's got such a fantastic energy and is able to really tune into what my problem areas are in a way that feels restorative and kind. The space where she treats clients is a little hidden sanctuary of tranquility, too. If I could only visit one massage therapist for the rest of my life, it would 100% be Bex x

Bex is absolutely amazing. I was instantly relaxed and the massage felt incredible. I suffer allot with my neck and shoulders and Bex concentrated on these area's and I can honestly say after my first ever massage I feel great already!
