Be more welcoming and helpful and charge a correct amount. Your employee overcharged me £300. I paid £300 in cash and remaining balance I wanted paid via card. Your employee chargede again full amount on my card. When I realised about it at home , I called back to the shop to ask for refund . I providedy car details to shop assistant and he said over the phone that £300 pounds was processed. However, when I asked for proof of refund he said that he cannot email it to me. I had to chase again over the phone to get any refund confirmation from your shop. Still waiting for my money to reach my bank account. Very poor service.

The delivery drivers were good and no complaints. However the sales person got the address wrong on the order meaning we had to contact customer service. The sales person also didn’t book the old bed to be collected as requested and agreed. We now have an old bed in the garage that needs to be disposed of

I was told on the day of my delivery that my bed wasn't in stock (after 6 weeks of continuous messages saying it would come), my property was then damaged by your careless delivery drivers dragging my mattress on gravel, tearing the plastic coating and soiling what was meant to be my partner and I's first bed after moving into our first flat. I had to cancel work, and plans with the person recommended by bensons to build our bed, i then had to pay another delivery charge for my bed, and wait a week, before Bensons telling me they wanted to take my ruined mattress to replace it at the end of April!!! What are we meant to sleep on? We are stuck with a damaged mattress which was £1000 of hard earned money, and no offer of compensation or reimbursement for our damages. I also had to take another day off of work to be available for the bed to be delivered for the second time. I will never again order from your appalling company.

I purchased the day bed for our guest bedroom. It was only used once because it was terrible quality and uncomfortable and then to top it off customer services refused to give me a refund so that was £600 down the drain and we have had to buy a new guest bed. NEVER purchase from them - terrible quality and even worse customer service.

Terrible company, terrible service. Bed ordered in early March, latest delivery estimate (having cancelled 3 times) is early July. Just tried to get a refund and they've taken £850 out of my account instead. Have been told it will be 3 - 5 working days before I'll get my £1.700 back!

Gentleman who worked there (sitting at the front desk) was extremely rude and got offended over our dislike towards a bed. He was extremely sarcastic and as a result lost a lot of custom as we have a brand new house needing multiple beds. Do not go.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY It's not the staff ,as they were alllllllll super helpful and great This is an example of the company behind the scenes, letting the front of line staff down I purchased a mattress in October, as I was ,buying a flat in twells after being 20 years in London Went in was greeted, and help beyond expectations Found something, And left happy 5 MONTHS later had to cancel, due to constant ( behind the scenes, delays, reschedule etc) Sooooo as I said this is NO REFLECTION, on those who help the public But how the company ( and remember everyone, the people on the front line ,ard not the company, and can only act to the information " the company " provides) Follows things through

We arrived shortly before opening time, ( a few minutes) and stood outside, your manager saw us and opened door. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The whole experience was very relaxing, resulting in us purchasing a mattress. This was our first visit to Tunbridge Wells in a long time, due to covid restrictions, and we were put at ease.

After ordering our headboard we saw a lot of negative reviews about quality of products, delivery and customer service. Too many to ignore. We were lucky and only had 1 cancellation The headboard is great and we are really pleased. But would be hesitant to order again. I will however post a positive review on the site.

My item was not delivered in the expected time slot, I tried calling to find out where it was and I was on hold for Over 40 minutes! Item arrived 2 hours after end of delivery slot time.

Waited over 3 months for bed then they lost it definitely wouldn't buy from here again

Large choice of beds and friendly staff. Easy to park close by too. Note that some beds are upstairs so no so good for wheelchair users.

The guy who served me today was an absolute delight. Bought two beds and a mattress. His customers service was top notch.

From entering the store we was greeted by friendly staff who offered a great service. They answered our questions and were able to recommend the right mattress for us. Once the order had been placed we have been kept up to date with the delivery.

Bought a Bergen 2 Door Sliding Wardrobe, the door has popped out of it's runners. Both fitters and store are blaming eachother. Fitters blaming the store saying they knew it's defective and store blaming fitters for not assembling it properly. Fitters will only fix but if the store pays them for their service not me and store will not pay them and says it's their fault and we have to find someone else to do it as Benson for Beds don't have trained staff of their own. So where does it leave me??, both sliding doors can't close fully same time because they're both caught onto eachother. What a waste of £***, should've gone to IKEA or Argos.

Tom was a wonderful help. He explained the different beds, gave their pros and cons, helped guide us through the experience but also gave us time to talk on our own. Very polite and even remembered my name after we visited once. Very pleasant gentleman.
