I
always
say
I'm
so
very
proud
to
be
a
Trinidadian
but
my
experience
when
phoning
the
Trinidad
High
Commission
sometimes
changes
that
statement.
I
can't
believe
you
are
calling
to
get
information
and
no
one
actually
bothers
to
pick
up
the
phone.
Especially
in
immigration
department.
Excuses
are
always
short
staff
or
busy.
I
have
never
been
there
and
see
any
queues
or
even
as
much
as
5
people
at
one
given
time.
I
really
want
to
know
what
they
are
getting
paid
to
do.
When
you
get
there
you
are
most
probably
going
to
get
sent
back
because
not
enough
information
is
given
to
you
prior
to
coming
with
any
documents.
So
unprofessional
and
rude
some
of
the
staff
there.
You
can
phone
any
other
Embassy
or
High
Commission
and
won't
be
on
the
line
for
ages
with
no
answer.
I
would
love
to
speak
with
whosoever
is
in
authority
to
ask
them
what
kind
of
service
is
this
for
us
Trinidadians
or
furthermore
customers.
For
those
of
you
who
had
a
great
service
well
hats
off
to
you,
but
I'm
positive
if
you
do
a
survey
and
ask
how
many
people
had
a
poor
service
you'd
be
amazed
to
see
how
much.Please
Trinidad
and
Tobago
High
Commission
get
your
acts
together
and
represent
our
country
with
more
class
than
this
and
Professionalism.
