I phoned ahead as I wanted a specific machine and was told the machines are all set up and in the demo room and it's no problem. However when I visited the following morning at the specified time to see and buy the machine the machine was just being set up and found to be faulty or what actually seemed like a lack of setup/machines knowledge by sales. Also found price in the shop needed TAX added so the machine was actually cheaper on their eBay site 🤔 so after 4 wasted hours including traveling I need to find a new supplier. Coffee was good though so 2 stars.

Visited this place today, after travelling 3 hours. It wasn’t a wasted journey, amazing service i was well and truly looked after. Tried two machines, its great that you can try before you buy. I left with, a walking foot industrial sewing machine, thread, a light and feet. I got more for my money i was really well looked after. They will help you put it into you vehicle if collecting. Definitely will be going back, to buy and for maintenance of the machines. Thank you for all your help today, the machine arrived safely back home 😊.

I needed a new top plate for my twin needle machine they arrange delivery to my house it arrived the next day! Faultless service from beginning to end! We left Bieffe ironing board for repair and delivered a brand new iron to replace. The board was working perfect it just had a leak from the iron. After a while they claim they have tried to contact us, but they never did. After national lockdown eased I called to arrange a collection of the ironing board they tell me they have disposed the board as no one came to collect it within 3 months and they also threw new replacement iron. Doggy company. Will be filing a legal action against and reporting to trading standards. Avoid.

Wow. Amazing customer service and great product range. I went into the store to test out and look at a few different industrial sewing machines and all the staff were so helpful and knowledgeable. I picked the two machines I wanted, and Charlie managed to arrange next day delivery for me even though I live a good few hours from their store. The machines arrived fully assembled and with everything I need to get going. Would 100% reccommend, overall a great experience dealing with them.

Worst service ever. Bought a sewing machine online and paid 60.00 to get it assembled with the foot pedal installed at the wrong place. Wouldn't buy from them again.

Rang 4 times can't leave a message each time the phone rang off very frustrating... Wanted to purchase a machine ASAP obviously no customer service... obviously doesn't settle well if problems arise...

Absolutely outstanding service! Quick delivery and when one part of table was broken in delivery a new tablestand was sent out without any fuzz. Ordered on Tuesday first sewing maschine delivered on Wednesday and new table stand delivered on Saturday. Thank you! I recommend you and will be a returning customer.

I phoned the office and bought the Tysew TY-3600C-1 Cylinder Arm Walking Foot Needle Feed machine. It was delivered the next day! They forgot to put the bottle of oil in with the accessories and I called them up. It was on my doorstep 9am next morning (Christmas Eve). I dealt with Raj and she was so nice and very helpful.
