I can thoroughly recommend this jeweller! I am delighted that they were able to repair my engagement ring, where another jeweller couldn’t!! The staff were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I did not feel under any pressure and I was confident that my ring would be looked after. The work was completed to a very high standard and my ring looked as good as new when it was returned to me (even after 25 years of daily wear and tear) I will certainly go back!

After another jeweller had failed to repair my watch after having it six weeks for cleaning bezel replacement and could not get it to work even though it was working when I took it to them, Trudy suggested just trying a new battery. And that was it. She was so kind after the shoddy customer service from the other. Should have gone to Toulon first off!

Incredibly helpful jewellers with a good range of quality items covering most price ranges. Carried out an insurance valuation and repair on a ring for me - reasonably priced and made me feel as though I was in very good hands without being pushy. Had tried other jewellers in the centre who were far from helpful and not as knowledgeable. Staff here were friendly and approachable and I’ll certainly be using them again in future. Highly recommend.

Have recently purchased two rings, one beautiful diamond wedding ring, channel set with princess cut diamonds and the second a remodel of my Mum’s old engagement ring which Paul redesigned a modern version of with diamond set shoulders to match the wedding band.
