    Tunbridge wells Pandora store staff are so so helpful!, they helped with an issue with a ring that was bought for me not so long ago, they kept me up to dat & went above and beyond to help me with it. Couldn’t recommend their customer service and store more. Thank you for all your help!

    Lovely lady’s who work in the store but very poor service. Waited in the store for 15 minutes to be served. I appreciate they are with other customers, but my presence wasn’t even acknowledged whilst waiting. Could have lost a sale if I wasn’t so desperate for the purchase. Poor customer service in this instance.

    I went in today to exchange a bracelet that my daughter had bought from another Pandora outlet. I could not be more impressed by the way I was helped and treated by Donna despite the fact there was going to be no sale. This is the gold standard when it comes to customer service - I will go back and shop there and couldn't recommend them highly enough.

    The shop is very inviting, well presented and clean. Staff were lovely and helpful. The only reason this is not five stars is that the cheapest they could do was £20 per charm and that was only on two charms out of their whole range - online you can get some for a tenner so hence a dropped star. Otherwise perfect service and the quality is very good.

    Popped in to buy a safety chain for my heart charm bracelet. Lauren was outstanding - she was attentive, caring, knew her products and praised the Pandora brand. She made it feel like a very high-end experience - delightful!
