My
spouse
inspired
me
to
sign
up
here
to
help
me
get
back
to
socializing
with
people,
to
make
some
friends,
and
most
importantly,
stay
motivated
while
having
fun
through
the
fitness
classes.
That
I
did!
I
enjoyed
Coach
Rebecca,
Coach
Julie
&
Coach
Tim
the
most.
Unfortunately,
I
quit
in
March
2023
(6
months
into
the
classes),
thinking
(since
at
the
time
it
had
been
half
of
a
year,
and
I
had
a
good
routine)
and
I
could
do
my
workouts
from
home
from
my
new
peloton.
I
was
sadly
mistaken.
I
realized
quickly
that
I
need
real-life
coaches
and
real-life
stimulation
through
friendships
and
real-life
people
experiencing
real-life
events
like
me.
Not
only
did
I
work
less
at
home,
but
I
ate
more
food,
and
as
a
result,
I
completely
avoided
the
gym.
Too
add,
I
gained
an
excess
of
20
additional
pounds.
Needless
to
say(per
this
review),
I
signed
back
up
this
pass
July
2023.
All
together,
I've
made
up
my
mind
that
I'm
going
to
go
to
this
location
as
well
as
Audobon
to
switch
up
my
routines.
I
realize
that
I
need
a
different
scenery
and
different
coaches
as
a
way
to
explore
different
classes
and
a
reminder/class
refresher
from
time
to
time.
I'm
learning
quickly
that
just
like
on
my
peloton
virtual
scenic
runs
in
Hawaii
or
France
and
some
in
live
class
studio.
I
realize
that
in
my
personal
experience
(not
speaking
for
anyone
else),
but
just
like
when
I
schedule
doctors
appointments
&
make
time
to
schedule
hair
&
nails
appointments
I
need
to
do
the
same
for
my
mental
health
and
wellness.
A
sound
mind
leads
to
soundness
everywhere.
I
hope
to
be
a
mentor
to
others
someday.
The
staff
here
is
so
inspirational.

back

and
gaining

devoted

workouts
or
seeming

me

I'm
so
thankful
for
you
all.
You've
really
helped
me
in
my
life
not
only
workout
but
change
my
eating
habits
and
devote
daily
time
to
stretching
or
whether
it
be
yoga
classes
on
my
peloton
or
biking,
hiking,
running
outside
in
my
home
neighborhood
or
perkiomon
trail.
I'm
just
experiencing
all
that
life
has
to
offer,
and
I'm
definitely
going
to
the
in
person
classes
here
in
Royersford!
