A place full of fun. An old man in the nearby lane taught me the basics about bowling. Thanks a lot! Haha, very entertaining games.

Recently had my son’s seventh birthday party here. The staff could not have been friendlier or more attentive to our group. The facility has recently been upgraded and was very clean. The party packages are reasonable, the setup flawless, and the “bottomless” aspect was great so you don’t feel nickled and dimed. All of our guests were very impressed and our boys had a wonderful time! We will be back!

We had such a great experience at Bowlero!A great, chill spot. It's fun for any age. You can bowl, go to the arcade, or just eat and drink. There are huge screens behind the lanes, so you can keep an eye on whatever game happens to be on while you bowl. We didn't eat, but our drinks were delicious. Definitely returning to Bowlero.

Stopped in on a weekday afternoon for a couple of rounds of bowling. This location was clean and features a pretty extensive arcade section. Lots of balls were still at individual lanes so it was a bit tough to find the right size and the UI to control your lane was a bit confusing, though they did have an instruction paper at the table. Overall, the value wasn’t too bad. It was $8 per game per person, not including shoes.

Decided to take some of the family bowling on the day of the Super Bowl. We had a good time Levi our 5 year old beat all his older brothers and sisters. The price was a little high being a Sunday there were no specials. We did have a Costco gift cards offer, buy $80 get $100 so we got 20% off. Tried 4 different milkshakes at $6.50 a piece, not worth $6.50. Would probably go again

This is amazing place with friendly staff and professional service in it. Here is long length roads and normal size bowls. I had my birthday party here and it was really successful. Thanks to Bowlero Wilmington for kindly having us!

Celebrated my son's 10th birthday at Bowlero and it was awesome. We had a group of 14 and everyone had a great time. The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. They provided the food, which was good. I appreciate Amber H. for setting up the party package for us and Brandi and her staff for providing us with a great experience. We had a blast!

Great time spent with friends and family. We got there at 9pm and it was very busy, had to wait until 10pm to bowl. That being said it was very fun! .....The reason for the 4 start is because once I got home I checked the receipt and find out thay I was charged for an extra shoe even though my friend has indicated to the cashier that he had his own bowling shoes.

No complaints. Place is very much revamped for service as opposed to entertainment. I did have to inquire about if my beverages were supposed to be delivered to my table or not, 20 mins after I placed the order thru the app on my phone. But other than that I had a good time!

We booked an event, had our own event host, and it was awesome ! Ask for Mary!

Our 18 month old granddaughter enjoyed the arcade. Had fun swiping the card. Games were fun for the rest of us. Service was great and the workers were super friendly and helpful. The food was also good. Shoutout to Brea who was AMAZING! When we're back in DE will def be going again.

Best bowling experience I have ever had. The manager, Leann, went above and beyond during our stay. She made sure our bowling experience went smoothly and checked in with us, making sure we were all good, and warning us of when time was almost over. I was so thankful for her warmth & kind personality! We will definitely be coming back thanks to Leann!

Had my daughter's 6th birthday party here. My daughter and her friend's had a blast! staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. They provided the food, Raquel was the BEST! she wowed us all with her attention and making sure each of us were happy. I'll be back Bolero!!

I took my 13 yo grandson. It was pretty cool, although the arcade wasn't a great as they make it seem, which was the main reason we went.. but we still had a great time!

What a fun day at Bowlero on Kirkwood Hwy. This business went above and beyond making sure our daughters birthday was a smash. The staff was so welcoming. Our party coordinator Ameer (spelling? Sorry) was so attentive and fun. I highly recommend this business for a birthday party or to just hang out. We will be back! They have really fun events coming up. We are super excited!

Wall above pins is a boring white and couldn't hear any music so not as enjoyable of an atmosphere compared to any other places. Also felt a bit more expensive than I've paid elsewhere. Tables at our assigned lane were never cleared/cleaned before placing us there.

Needed a night out the house and decided to use a arcade game card deal I got off Groupon for my very active 17 month old she had a blast really enjoyed herself I love that it's a little section so she can ride and play a few games and really have a good time. When we went to get food we were told they weren't taking orders for another 40 mins because the kitchen was backed up with orders I had a child that wanted food I spoke with an employee he explained to me it was only 1 person in the kitchen cooking so we had to wait which was very absurd we played some more waited placed an order for overpriced food that wasn't worth the wait the only thing that was good were the fries out of the pizza and chicken I ordered. Overall we had a good time but they really need to do something about the food section.

Bowling experience is solid. Food is good. But a little on the pricier side. Seems like the bar could've had 2 more workers , they were very behind and it took a while to get drinks done. Workers there did the best they could

Had a great time. Haven't been in years and it looks great!. Its been updated and very clean. I would give it s 5 star if the pizza was better.

Overall lanes are good and staff are nice however charging an additional $20 per person food/beverage charge just to reserve a lane is atrocious and bad business. There’s no point in reserving. I don’t eat $80 worth of bowlero food when there. The $20 dollar per person should at least be permitted for use on food, beverage and the arcade.

I had a small gathering at Bowlero for my birthday 9/24 and had a GREAT TIME!! All of the staff was amazing. From Shannon who helped me make my party arrangements, Mary who was my party host and the manager Taj who actually came over to check on me to make sure I was having a good time. I will definitely be returning and referring all my family and friends here! Thank you all for making my birthday AMAZING!!

More than 8 lanes are empty. The lady clearly said no availability because I bought it from #Groupon. She ignored and behaved rude and started talking to customers behind me. Very unprofessional behavior. 8:47 pm, 04/19/2022

My family and I went to enjoy unlimited bowling. We did not make it through a full game before the game glitches out. We went to customer service three times. The manager didn't have the decency to come speak with me. They refused to refund me any money. I asked to pay for the partial game and shoes and leave but again I was refused that option. They told me they would give me 2 hour free bowling. I did not think that was a fair compromise considering I spent over $100 tonight. Bowling is one of my favorite past time with my family. We will not be spending any more time or money in this establishment. Needless to say I am sad and disappointed in the lack of support from customer service.

VERY last minute changed my daughter's 4th birthday venue to BOWLERO. They worked with me regarding the guest count, set up the entire area of where we were to have the party and because our guest count went down, they allowed us to use the difference from what we paid originally towards food, beverage, lanes/shoe rentals. I LOVE that we received arcade credits for the girls and a bowling pin for the guests to sign. BRANDY was awesome! She helped us throughout the entire night and was super pleasant. She'll be the reason we go back. Thank you Brandy! You were so awesome!
