I had looked for a jeweler that would use my already owned center stone and place it in a new custom setting for sometime. My first experience at the store was great, the staff was extremely helpful. Nicole Benzrihem went above and beyond contacting the ring manufacturer for customized options and pricing and went back and forth with me over a couple weeks to explore different options. I was so impressed with her customer service. My stone was placed exquisitely in the new custom setting I ended up choosing and ready for me in a couple weeks. I am so happy with it and thankful I popped into Murphy Jewelers!

I went into the store in Whitehall to see if my prongs on my engagement ring were good. Mary came over to me took my ring checked it out, cleaned it and had the jeweler look over it. It’s really a wonderful place to go. They are now my jeweler.

Christian was absolutely amazing to work with! I needed a curved wedding band to fit with my ring. He worked directly with the retailer to make sure it was an exact match to my current engagement ring. He even sent a picture of what it would look like to make sure I liked how they fit together. We had a very positive experience at Murphy Jewelers. We were looking for some specific watch models. It was obvious pretty quickly they didn’t have those in stock (no fault of Murphy at all). Never step foot into this store. I went to the Lehigh Valley store last night and was treated like. Second class citizen. My reason for visiting was to get a few rings re-sized. The three people who spoke to us were not only unwilling to help me but talked down to us like we weren't worthy of entering the store. The general manager came out and actually said to us This isn't Tiffany's". But... Ok whatever that meant. Basically walked us to the door. Funny part is, we wanted to upgrade my engagement ring and not one of your staff offered us to see anything. Unbelievable. And there was no one in the store not One customer! Well someone could have made a nice commission! Your loss!!

Wonderful experience at Murphy Jewelers with their gemologist, Cary Keno. I had 2 antique rings I wanted appraised. I emailed Mr. Keno a few days prior to find out the process. The first good sign was his timely responsiveness to my several emails. We ended up meeting at Murphy’s LV Mall location. As soon as I came in, I was greeted by someone very politely asking if they could help me. Once I said I was looking for Mr. Keno, I was politely asked to wait while they informed him I was there. They also asked me if I wanted anything to drink while I waited. Mr. Keno took his time inspecting the rings. It is obvious he has a wealth of knowledge in regards to gemology. He took his time and gave me a very thorough appraisal, explaining everything along the way. As a result, Murphy’s has a return customer forever. Thank you for a stellar experience!
