Visited for a quick shop. Not very busy at the tills. Selection of wrapping paper is poor at this store. Good range of toys and homeware etc. Car park available with limited parent and child parking. Store could be kept tidied at all times as there is always items staff have left in aisles. Staff are friendly and are willing to help.

Nice and tidy store with lovely helpful staff. Found what I wanted straight away and I was on my way again which was perfect since I was on a time limit and only had time for a quick stop. If I didn't have somewhere to be I could've easily spent a couple of hours in there!

Hi Bought 6 bags of compost and a lovely girl with long dark hair called Rhiannon (apologises if name spelt incorrectly) helped me load them into my car. So polite and helpful she is a credit to your store thanks Mrs Storah

Carparking spaces are very tight. The store is well laid out, but not enough checkouts are always busy.

All I can say is, wow. Didn't pop in for anything in particular, but came out with quite a few bargains. Will definitely go again to have a good look round. There is plenty of parking right outside, and it is easy to get to. Stress free shopping, just how we like it.

So I used to work here and I get the constraints of retail but blocking the aisles with pallets of stock that I (and other customers) wanted to go down isn’t good, I got down there but knocked things on the floor whilst squeezing through, highlighted at the till but the lady (who I believe is a supervisor) really didn’t seem interested and was very rude and just told us that she was front end and wasn’t her problem so shouted for shop floor, and now the fact that the store is now open till 11 upto Xmas this is going to be a regular occurrence, you need to sort this out as blocked aisles are a health and safety hazard, if stock fell from pallets onto a customer I bet you would change it then?? Copy of this sent to your head office to see what they have to say about it!!

My mother came into the store a few days ago and she had asked if someone can help her carry some bird seed to her car as she has a bad hip, and the women at the till (she had glasses and brown hair ) kindly went out of her way and offered to help her carry it to her car with no hesitation! she was very thankful of that great customer service and a great attitude All the staff are so friendly and a great store would highly recommend

One of our most preferred B&M stores. Not just because its local, but because they have a few things we buy regularly that we can't find in other local stores (Dewsbury/Huddersfield). Best place to stock up on kitchen and bathroom essentials for cheap and our children love their American sweets and cereal selection

Store was filled quite well and was not too busy. I did however have to ask a colleague for a product location as I could not find it. Upon asking the response I got as he walked away from me was "it will be on the food aisle pal" to which I was not best pleased. If I had got his name I would have reported him but he was in such a hurry and obviously did not have time to stop and help a customer.

Never been to this store and boy was I surprised. The store had so much variations of stock and the staff was ever so helpful. Last but by far means least I was so amazed with the stores cleanliness. Well done everyone.

This store is a gem!! It has the widest variety of goods, from good to home decor, from pet food to car stuff even crafting and toys.. It even has seasonal isles, so they don't just put items away in storage.. It's still on the shelves. There is something for everyone's budget, great reduced items.. It's my favourite go to store!! B&M one thing that personally I'd love to make my experience better... A little coffee shop, I'd stay longer and definitely spend more.

👍👍 This place is Located within The Piece Hall🥰Amazing collection and nice drink coasters available carved out of oak. The store is tiny and they are adhering to the COVID guidelines. Not too crowded..
