This car park is well kept, one of the best guidance methods I have seen (colourful arrows for the different car parks) and generally spaces. I say generally, I normally find I have to go to the end zone j or k. Fear not, that's only about five minutes walk to the airport terminal. Regarding cost, that depends on when and how you pay. Book ahead on line and it's cheaper. One or two days cos nearly the same as a week. But don't be tempted to stop in the airport in non designated areas to drop off passengers, as there is a very high probability that you will be fined. Much of the airport is red route (double red lines) like much of London seems to be.

Phone number is no longer in use, general enquiry number 10p per minute to tell me that the office is closed on Sunday. Flight delayed, no option to inform car park. Web help says small grace period, no definition of small, after that £15 per day, still not sure what happens if delayed by 2.5 hours as I currently am. Sure I will find out. Not helpful in my circumstances.

A group of liars Forced to stop at a barrier and then they charge £100 and then lie on the appeals and show 'evidence' of me stopped 100m away to reverse back onto a roundabout (they leave no other way to get ourlt from the closed barrier) but refuse to show the part where I'm stuck at the barrier. I booked online, arrived there and noticed that there were no spaces to park and because I obviously didn't want to lose my flight, I parked outside the parking bays. When I returned I found that I gotten a fine. So in total the parking cost me a bit over £120, wich is more than my flight cost. It is outrageous! And the appeal explanation: you should have parked somewhere else! The reason I booked and payed online was to avoid these kind of situation! Do not recomend! It doesn't even deserve one star!

Stopped for probably 45 seconds to pick up my son and his friend at 11pm at night and got a £100 fine by the oxygen thieves who run the parking. Could get a parking ticket in Kensington for parking all day with out displaying a ticket and it would only be £40. Won't be using this airport again.

Easy to find and very convenient to walk to the terminal. It was also the cheapest option.

Not well signposted and you can easily get incorrectly directed into the drop-off carpark, which means £5 wasted! Don't make my mistake following satnav. Convenient for the terminal.

Booked online. Vehicle recognised on entry. Easy enough parking space. Only a minute walk to terminal. Car very safe. Exit easy enough. Will definitely use again.

If I could post zero stars I would! On returning to our vehicle we noticed significant damage to the bumper. On attempting to contact the car park there was no answer for 3 days of calling! Taking me almost a week to find who I needed to contact. After contacting the correct team, response was massively unhelpful and we will NOT be using this service (if you can call it that) again!

Honestly the car park and it's proximity to the airport doors is brilliant. It's not bad value but you can trust it will be safe in basically the secure area of the airport. Cameras everywhere and only one entry exit. This is the main reason I prefer Liverpool airport, that and it's alot less busier than Manchester. A short walk from the doors and you're at your car, number plate recognition, everything's a doddle!!

Booked in advance. Very few spaces left. But confused as to how to tell anyone i already paid. On exit? To add there's number plate recognition on entry and exit. Both worked really well. One small issue is that car was 'dripped on' by some nasty fluid. Took ages to get it off. Haven't complained... 'how do you prove it was there?'

Last 2 times had terrible trouble getting both in and out the reg recognition never works despite pre booking and then having to go through the humiliating rigmarole of trying to explain to the unhelpful faceless attendant that we cannot get in or out despite pre booking and paying an extortionate price for the privellege. Absolutely disgraceful

Booked online and found a discount code by a bit googling. The exit was a bit hard to find at night. Better reserve some extra time to look for a space.

Great value, very short walk to departures

Like other reviews say, spaces a little tight and the price is expensive, but it is airport parking, it is what it is! On the plus side, this car park is easy to use and convenient.

Really easy to find. Number plate recognised and drove straight in after taking the ticket. Loads of spaces to choose from. Car stayed safe for 4 days. Exit easy to find and number plate recognised straight away again. No ticket required. Recommended.

Easy access, relatively cheap, 2 mins walk from the terminal's entrance... Spacious slots. Clean place and safe...

It's not the cheapest car park, but it was definitely worth the price after all. By accident, we left a window fully open and were completely unaware of that for the whole 8 days we left the car there for. We were shocked to discover that when we came back, but what was more surprising, there was a plastic sheet properly covering the whole window and a sticker informing that they did that to protect the inside of the car. That was very nice, because the weather was terrible while we were away, so the car would probably have been properly damaged if the car park security didn't help. I fully recommend it.

Perfect for what you need. Pre-booked online drive in and pick the ticket up. Looking for a space took a few mins as most people hate walking or are scared of the rain or cold! Found my space and went on holiday. 2 min walk to the terminal. Had my holiday came back and my car was there ready to go! No issues at all!

Good parking near airport 3-5min walking distance.

Not worth the money! They literally replied as “we do not guarantee the safety of your vehicle” after my car got damaged by another driver. Worst place to park your family vehicle.

Very large car park, easy access. But spaces for car are too tight, especially on the airport parking where often people have large suitcases and is impossible to luggage, take out or put in the car.

Safe parking but bit of a nightmare to geta space as they say full in certain zones but then attendant says they aren't so you drive around for about 10 mins. ..good value though

Booking online make sure you check junk mail for confirmation email. Calling them to confirm the booking was complete cost me £6. Not happy with that. Entry, parking and leaving was very easy.

Not Secure, Returned to find that my spare wheel and tow bar had been stolen, damage to the underside of my car and have been left with a repair bill of £2;000 You would like to think your in a safe place so be careful, wish I would have paid £20 extra and flown from Manchester instead.
