The items themselves are fine, however the post ruined a lot for me :( I ordered the Elf Joke cards and other items on November 30th with 1st class delivery, assuming they would arrive a couple of days later so only missing the first 2/3 days of december. They eventually arrived on December 8th which means over a whole week of the cards have been wasted.

Ordered a named acrylic bag tag which arrived within 2 days which I was so impressed with, and I got a lovely extra surprise with it too and a cute note from Sam which made my day. Thank you girls, I love following your journey on instagram and will definitely be ordering again :)

I highly recommend this company. I purchased the Elf pack with the hoping that it would arrive in time for Christmas (of course I thought I’d leave everything to the last possible minute) and in my haste I couldn’t remember if I’d put my address down. So, I instagram the company and ask that vital question. To which they got back to me with a very warming reassurance message that I wasn’t stupid. I absolutely loved my last elf on the shelf ideas cards, however I won’t be purchasing anything else as I don’t agree with gifting to influencers. I emailed with my concerns and the response i got was one that made me feel like they weren’t bothered by a genuine customers concern. It was this that made me give 3 stars
