everything was fine. staff very friendly. hotel great location. we will be back.

Nice, clean rooms and comfortable beds. And that's all positive. There was no foot towel. No shampoo. A breakfast was disappointing. Our tourists' group was served separately as opposed to all other guests and food was very poor. Coffee was awful. Hotel staff talked only in Polish though I spoke to them in English. Actually, the attitude overall was disdainful. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Good looking, comfortable, well furnished, very friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is amazing, you will find everything and super tasty. Bathroom in the room was small but well equipped. The room itself, with two single beds, was on the small side but still pretty ok. There is a tram stop nearby, but just Uber there, easier and not expensive.

Room was nice, a little bit dark and there was a smell of previous smoker, but it was acceptable. Location was suitable for the event I was attending and it was a generally a very good value for money
