*The
hotel
manager
says
he
is
not
responsible
for
anything
in
the
hotel
as
he
is
under
paid*
Booked
this
overhyped
dharamshala
or
Sarai
whatever
you
may
call
it
because
most
certainly
they
aren't
a
hotel
no
matter
how
much
they
claim.
It
was
a
terrible
experience
early
morning
as
we
went
for
a
shower.
I
discovered
my
room
had
no
hot
water,then
I
asked
my
mother
and
in
laws
in
the
adjoining
room
and
they
were
facing
the
same
issue.
I
called
their
reception
and
they
said
10
minutes.
The
10
minutes
lasted
for
over
one
hour
and
we
missed
our
desired
darshan
time.
By
then
there
was
a
ruckus
on
the
entire
floor
as
their
was
no
hot
water
in
any
of
the
rooms.
Now
it
is
a
difficult
choice
to
bath
with
cold
water
in
the
Rajasthan
winters
and
my
father
in
law
is
a
kidney
patient.
so
my
wife
went
down
to
the
reception
where
there
were
other
guests
who
were
complaining.
It
was
almost
a
ruckus.
One
guest
said
his
daughter
had
a
food
poisoning
due
to
the
terrible
food
in
the
restaurant
this
place
runs.
After
over
30
minutes
of
argument
their
Manager
Kuldeep
concluded
that
the
charges
for
the
rooms
are
paid
to
their
bosses
and
he
is
a
mere
employee
being
paid
Rs.12000
per
month
and
hence
he
cannot
take
any
responsibility
for
any
thing.
He
said
he
cannot
claim
responsibility
if
anyone
is
travelling
with
any
patient
or
has
a
food
poisoning.
He
said
please
bath
with
the
cold
water
or
go
around
complaining.
All
he
could
do
was
as
to
offer
free
brekfast
as
of
customers
are
beggars.
After
that
I
even
called
their
central
office
but
still
no
response.
And
yes
the
hotel
beds
are
stinky,no
mineral
water
is
offered,only
1
tea
bag
in
a
room
(Mr.Kuldeep
is
a
bit
underpaid
so
he
has
to
do
some
cost
cutting)
Anywhich
ways
do
not
buy
their
overpriced
rooms
because
you
would
just
help
the
case
of
underpaid
Mr.Kuldeep
and
suffer.
