I have had an overall excellent experience in gym class this past semester . Over the past few months , I feel I have achieved a lot achieved personal goals through time and perseverance . I feel I have improved dramatically in multiple aspects of my personal fitness and overall health . I really enjoyed the fitness days that , not only helped me stay physically active , but also cope with stress from other classes . Personally , think that I have improved quite lot this past semester and learned important life skills.

Gym environment is very nice, I have gained 8 kg in 7 months, very good trainingg👍🏻🙏🏻
