3 stars for service. One rude waiter, the fat one. All the others were great and the food was excellent

4 of us waited for service for half an hour even though the restaurant was filles with 50%. In the meantime, couple of tables came after us and got served before us. 3 of us ordered a club sandwich. As I ate it before i know it does not have scrambled eggs in it but this one did. It was unsavory to say the least, and unsalted. It costed 4,7 dollars each. Focaccia was excellent on the other hand. Personel looked disinterested, unkind and lacked energy and genuine care to serve their guest. This review is regarding the restaurant, and not about other services they provide.

Very nice hotel, and kind staff. Our room was very clean and well kept. Buffet breakfast is great and there is a great variety of food, I recommend it. Prices in the restaurant are a little bit higher but the food on the plate is plentiful. Spa is really nice, and it's good for the kids. There is a shower gimmick mode a "tropic rain" and a "Caribbean storm" that will be interesting for the kids. Hotel is near lake and the park but both are a little bit wild and not well maintained, I do not recommend to night-time walk in the park it can be scarry. All in all a very good and clean hotel.

Felt like in the movies. =] Great rooms, comfy beds, nice terrace with wonderful view. Clean air due to park and lake nearby. Perfect for outdoor activities, and resting and recovering later in spa center within the hotel. And yes, restaurant is great as well.

It is a great place for staying and resting. You can spend time in a beautiful spa and walk to Borkovac lake. The food is amazing and portions quite rich.

We went for a weekend getaway and it was great. Really great spa, swimming pool and excelent restaurant. We had both lunch and dinner, and we really enjoyed it.

My mom and I thought that the food here was D E L I C I O U S. We had shopska salata, focaccia bread and smoked pork wrapped in bacon and filled with melting cheese!

Ambiente ist wundervoll. Kellner desinteressiert und das Essen extrem fettig. Die Pommes konnte man nicht essen. Erinnert an Esskultur aus Titos Zeiten. Quantität statt Qualität.

Wir haben nur das Restaurant besucht. Alle Speisen waren hervorragend und das Personal sehr freundlich. Preis-Leistung war top. Wir kommen wieder.

This is one of the best locations for a good weekend holiday with pool in a pine's shade, luxury, huge park and gorgeous view. We went only for a birthday lunch. We wanted to spend weekend there, but they are booked at least 3 months in advance. At least we had lunch and service, location, environment were absolutely amazing. I strongly recommend.

Not far away from belgrade, good food and also nice hidden spot

I visited for a short weekend break. The hotel is located in a beautiful forest, very calm and green area, really rejuvenating ambience inside and out. If you are lucky, as I was to get a room with a forest view you will enjoy beautiful morning and day staring into the trees and listening birds singing. The restaurant serves delcious food with really generous portions-which of course was great and much appreciated. The spa is very nice with beautiful jacuzzi, swimming pool and different types of saunas-perfect to wrap upp a day in case one has gotten there for a conference or bussiness meetings. The highlight of a spa use was going for a lymp drainage massage by Mr. Zoran. Very professional and knowledgable masseur. This place, the service and overall experience deserves well 5 stars and I would gladly visit it any time again!

Good hotel with a solid location, however, the staff is horrendous, ruining the whole experience. Waiters at the pool are to put it mildly - disinterested, especially the red-haired lady, who turned out to be very aggressive eventually. The SPA manager is very unprofessional, calling his guests liars before confirming their words with equally distracted receptionists. All in all a very disturbing experience. Don't worry though - they all have one thing in common, even though they are all working out of sync - they like tips!

I would have left 5 plus stars if I hadnt tried the breakfast. Hotel itself is very nice, cosy and located in the amezing surroundings. However, food was very dissapointing, did not offer any vegan and vegetarian options, even eggs were with ham and there was no proper toasted bread at all. If you are opting for a healthy food, avoid breakfast. Otherwise, spa very warm, clean and nice. Overall impression would be much better if they just improve food offer and quality.

Quiet location.Clean rooms and overall facility. Great food. Friendly but professional staff. I was on the three day conference and for this purpose, it was a great choice.

The atmosphere and the food are excellent. However, today our waiter was overworked and as a result our food came out cold. It was also fairly under seasoned. The waiter’s attitude was also very rushed, negatively affecting the experience. The nature around the hotel is amazing and dining on the terrace is incredible. Were it not for the relatively poor service, this would be a 5 star review.

Exceptional! We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The facility was clean, the team was friendly and helpful, and the massage was so relaxing that my boyfriend fell asleep. We were able to completely relax after traveling from the USA. We had dinner with our family one night, and the food was amazing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Modern resort, very comfortable with nice rooms, and a forest view. It is mainly surrounded with pine trees which gives it a special forest feel. On the under level is a SPA center with various hydro-massage options, pool, jacuzzi, sauna, salt room, snow room, massage rooms, shower and a bar. Energize yourself while looking at a forest. You can also enjoy all this while resting or sunbathing on deck chair.. When hunger spoils the moment, just take a stairs up to reach restaurant with a lovely food, beautiful and atmospheric terrace and enjoy the moment... Definitely, visit this place.

The hotel staff are super friendly. Food is delicious and portions are huge. The whole place looks wonderful and everything is super clean. The hotel is located in the woods so there are pine trees all around, and there are so many potted plants everywhere. 🌲🌱🌿🌷🌼 Spa is so beautiful and relaxing and there's lots of different things to try out. I personally wouldn't bring my toddlers here because I think they would be bored, I didn't see any activities for children.

Surprisingly nice retreat close to Belgrade and Novi Sad. Large terrace, good food offering, friendly staff, nice spa center, a convenient weekend couple/family getaway. Surrounded by woods, close to the lake, perfect for afternoon or morning walks.

You would never guess that you can find such a lovely spot of nature in the middle of flat land. The food is excellent, but the spa is must visit. We go there several times per year, and it's always cozy, clean and well maintained. You can even try snowy shower :)
