The museum of iliusions was a nice place. After explaining to the worker that we don't understand he quickly switched to English. He was nice and friendly and explained where we need to go and what we need to do. There are some quite trippy contraptions which can not really be described with words or captured with cam. You just have to go and see for yourself. There was also a place where you can leave ur stuff, however, you are doing it at your own risk xd

Brilliant activity to do on a rainy day! Which is exactly what we did! Located on two floors. Friendly staff who were nice and helpful. Cool illusions to see here. Plenty of photo opportunities. Good fun activity to do!

Highly recommend. Small, but fun museum. Some explanations on how illusions work. The rest is mainly interactive with plenty of opportunities to take pictures.

It is like similar museums in Prague. They make puzzles on their own that can be tried and bought after the visit in the museum-shop. Nice place, not crowded, perfect for a visit with children.

This was a recommendation from a solo traveller we met over lunch. And it turned out to be a fabulous time, would be perfect for families with children - or like us, seeking refuge from the midday sun, and willing to engage our creative sides. Very engaging, fun and explorative. Very friendly staff. A must see if you're in the city a few hours.

Good place to spend time with your toddler or kids. I cannot say it was all original ideas. Many of them can be seen in the internet. Also relatively small place. But staff were so kind. My son (3years old) loved the place in the video. Looks like space. We walked from that tunnel at least 10 times. If you are looking for an activity to do with your kids, that might be a good idea. Also affordable.

This is a great place to visit no my how old you are. It is great fun for kids, sure, but as an adult I was really intrigued with some of the illusion and the puzzles. Also we took great funny photos of our illusions. A must visit place if you are in Belgrade.

Good for kids under 6 mainly. Have been to a bunch of illusion attractions around the world. This one is below average. Not worth the ticket price that they’re offering for. Should add more attractions to make it worthwhile. Located in the city Center with access to all transport. Staff is English speaking, helpful and polite.

It's ok. Interesting but small. Lot of things are already seen (optical illusion pictures) and on a lot of pictures you can't focus to see illusion because of the reflection of the light. You/kids can interact physically with almost everything which is great, so kids liked it. You can buy a lot of Interesting riddle gadgets. Ticket could be a bit cheaper though considering the (small) size of the museum. (750 adults, kids up to 5 for free)

Interesting museum in Belgrade. It is worth a visit with kids. There are not many illusions, but it sure look nice on photographs. It is in the city center, easy to reach. Sometimes it can be crowdy, so you should consider that if you are in a hurry.

Small, but fun. We had a blast on a rainy day. Kids will love it for sure, adults as well. Around 6 euros for the ticket.

Good and friendly staff. Interesting place to visit, but I was expecting a bit more, maybe some more and more elaborate illusions. Nevertheless if you need a place to take your kid, this could be it, just bear in mind that you can go over everything in 45 minutes or less.

One of the best museums in Zagreb, our group of 11 thoroughly enjoyed all the illusions. I have no regrets about going there. The guide was very friendly and clearly explained some of the illusions. The museum is spread across two floors, although it's not very large. We were lucky as there weren't too many people during our visit.

A fun experience for families. Would say it takes about 1-1.5h. Good photo spots and there are nice employees helping you anytime with solving puzzles or taking a picture.

Ideal for youngsters from 6 years old. Lots of visual and optical illusions will give you an excuse to show your child the school course of physics, geometry, and drawing. Moreover, to try their hand at simple wooden puzzles. Cool, technical. I only want a little better lighting and larger exposition sizes. For example, Escher's triangle can be presented through the game Monument.

Great fun! Employees are very polite, you can buy many things and leave your jackets. There are two floors of illusions and very clean toilets. One hour or more of great fun. Five stars for this location and recommendations.

I recently had visited the Museum of Illusion, and I must say, it was an incredibly enjoyable and mind-boggling experience. What truly made my visit exceptional was the exceptional service provided by one of the workers. A special shout-out goes to Vanja, whose enthusiasm and knowledge added an extra layer of excitement to my museum exploration and made the visit even more enjoyable and memorable. My family and I had truly a great time.

Oh man, what an amazing place. Micky on the second floor wakes me through the exhibitions and it was too fun. Come with a friend if you can, but if you can’t, this place will take care of you and show you how crazy our brains really are! Hell yeah.

The museum was very nice! I loved it, it was fascinating and so interesting! I really recommend it, I would even spend a day to find out the secrets of those illusions!

  • 2/5 Karl H. 1 year ago on Google
It was kind of lame. Relatively cheap, I think around €5. But the illusions weren't anything special. I think they could be a bit more creative.

Everyone who is visiting Belgrade should visit this place. This is fun filled and tricky place. Love how they exhibited in a simple way. One time visit is recommended. Always bring someone with you to make it more fun.

There are definitely some cool things to do at this museum, but on a rainy day in Belgrade with time to kill. Picture-worthy illusions, but we did experience some that were “broken”. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! Their English was great and they even offered to take pictures. We came as a couple after reading the reviews, but once the school trip of children arrived, we were on the verge of sprinting out of there.

This place is one of the best illusion centers. I highly recommend it. Not only children but adults will also like it. My favorite illusion was the Vortex Tunnel. It had great staff and reasonably priced gifts.

The pieces in the museum are nice, yes. However, I loved the staff the most. They were all so kind to talk and show me around. Hvaalaa puunoo!

  • 4/5 Dave C. 1 year ago on Google
A really enjoyable place to visit. A wide variety of interesting and fun illusions, most of which are interactive. I would thoroughly recommend this, especially if you have a group of kids that need entertaining! Equally enjoyable for the grown-ups too. Very reasonable entrance fee and a nice little gift shop with lots of puzzles and illusion related items to purchase. All in all, a good couple of hours entertainment.

It's small but packed with cool exhibitions. Loved that there are museum workers there, helping to take photos and showing also what some people might miss. Descriptions are in multiple languages. It's a lot of fun, I'd recommend it.

A small exhibition of extraordinary illusions. Beautifully designed and positioned. Id recommend definitely for children and adults as well. A very nice experience.

It is interesting place and is worth visiting while in Belgrade. There were very interesting exposures but I really recommend to visit it when it is not weekend to avoid lot of families with small kids (a lot where when we visited). Welcome desk staff very friendly.

It was the idea of my wife. 😂 So, the location is near the pedestrian zone. The museum has two floors. It's not that big, but they managed to make the most out of the small space. Some very nice photo opportunities. And good memories. 🙂
