The atmosfer is very relaxing and you feel like you are in a private home. They are very nice and it is a great place for children because they have many animals.

Salas Lujza is so popular that even despite its remote location, you better check before heading there. Reservations highly recommended. The owner, Radmila's welcoming smile explains a lot about the charm of every little detail which you will quickly forget once your food arrives. I have seen picky eater children munch away to the amazement of their parents. So yes, it's a very child friendly, sandbox, petting zoo and run barefoot place. I refuse to call it a restaurant because it's an experience for all senses from the moment you cross the river Begej (Bega) on your way to Salas Lujza, a 10 minute drive from the main road that connects Belgrade and Zrenjanin. Fantastic place for families with kids. There are animals like donkeys, sheep, chickens, and others which is really interesting for kids. Also, the yard is huge and with a nice shadow from a lot of trees. Playground and sand make it even more fun for children. Food and drink is homemade, and really tasty. Especially gulas from mangulica. Nearby is the national park Carska bara, so you can spend a day in this area. Overall a great experience in the quiet surroundings and nature.
