is
review
for
a
purchase
my
wife
made.
The
boots
they
sell
are
great
don’t
get
me
wrong,
it’s
the
returns
process
where
things
get
ridiculous,
I
purchased
2
pairs
of
boots
for
£300
and
paid
£6
postage,
not
a
bad
price
for
next
day
delivery,
but
unfortunately
one
pair
didn’t
fit
(ordered
my
normal
size)
and
the
other
pair
didn’t
look
like
they
did
online,
so
I
had
to
return
them
both.
Unfortunately
they
don’t
provide
a
returns
label
(more
than
happy
to
pay
a
further
£6
to
return)
so
you
have
to
start
finding
a
parcel
delivery
company,
in
the
end
there
was
noting
between
the
likes
of
DPD,
Evri,
Parcel
force,
and
because
I
now
had
to
cover
the
insurance
cost
of
the
boots,
the
return
costs
inc
insurance
was
over
£21
that’s
£27
total
for
postage
on
items
I’ve
had
to
send
back,
of
course
I’d
of
loved
to
reorder
the
boots
in
a
different
size,
but
the
prospect
of
those
not
fitting
and
adding
a
further
£27,
frankly
I
can’t
warrant
spending
what
would
be
£54
and
ending
up
with
no
product!
They
do
have
a
great
selection,
so
if
you’re
buying
online
beware
of
the
added
costs,
if
you
can
get
to
the
store
then
go
it’s
a
far
cheaper
option.
