Service very slow, waited for it to open 10.30 and didn’t get my meals until 10.55. Food was fresh, tenders were good size, the burger had a lot of batter in it. Prices are over the top with the potions and quality of food. Cajun fries were ok but they cooled down very fast so was nearly cold once I received my order

I had the pleasure to have this for the first time in Derbion. And I had the longest wait for any fast food 18 min. From billing to service. This excludes 5 min wait in que for my turn in kiosk. Prices similar to kfc. Chicken Tenders are very tasty. Soft and crunchy. Spicy burger not as spicy as expected. Over priced. I got fried tender piece among the wings. See the pictures. Service needs to be quick. Though I saw a lot of staff I didn't see them too be busy maybe it was end of the day. Customers cannot wait for long.

Visited here today with my partner to try out Popeyes for the first time. From the adverts I’d seen and what I heard, it sounded like we were in for a real treat. Ordering didn’t go off to a great start… We tried the self serve screens and non of them worked/ accepted payment. We ended up have to queue and ordering with the guy behind the till. My partner mentioned about the screens not working and they didn’t seem to have a clue or seem too bothered. I ordered a regular chicken burger with fries and a drink and my partner had 3 chicken tenders with fries and a drink. We also got the biscuit as well as the mash and gravy to try on the side. I’ve got to say that the burger and chicken tenders did look very nice but other than we were both quite disappointed with our meals. My burger looked very small for saying my meal came to £8.99, the burger and fries tasted okay but all I could really taste was grease if I’m honest. I think if I had the choice to have KFC or Popeyes, KFC would win every time. My partner felt the same about his meal and we both really didn’t enjoy the biscuit and mash with gravy. The biscuit looked and tasted like a salty scone. The mash tasted very artificial and the gravy was just weird. I don’t think I’ll be back again in any hurry.

I visited today and had the child’s tenders meal, my husband had the adult tenders meal and we shared a biscuit and gravy. We both really enjoyed our meals, the chicken was moist and soft and the coating was delicious. The fries were crispy and tasty and the biscuit was soft and fluffy and delicious dipped in the gravy. Definitely better than KFC.

The Oreo shake just tasted like a chocolate hazelnut milkshake and it had no thickness to it. The thin straw which they provide is useless and nothing was coming through. Cajun fries went really well with the Cajun gravy but it was nothing special, it’s not something I’ll be craving to have again. Spicy chicken sandwich was nice and there definitely was a kick of spice. The fillet was very soft and tender even with how thick the fillet was, overall everything was assembled well and it was a tasty burger. I don’t really have any complaints about the food it just wasn’t as good as I expected it to be.

First time I ordered here today although I’ve heard of it in America. I ordered chicken burger, Cajun fries, macaroni cheese and hot honey sauce. All were 10 out of 10. Pleasantly surprised and happy. There are so many chicken shops, but this one outweighs the rest. Melt in your mouth and everything was perfection. Thanks 😊

This was a top restaurant to dine in at, with all the options presented clearly at the counter and a bright design with Popeyes logo! The service was very fast, plenty of kiosks help with busy times and the staff were approachable. I had delicious Chicken Tenders with Sweet Chilli sauce that was as expected, accompanied by the tasty Cajun Fries and Popeyes Mayo with its amazing unique flavour!! Dr Pepper was refreshing too, seating is comfortable and the dining area is large.

My partner says - it is the best chicken ever! Better than KFC Ordered normal chicken tenders, 3 chicken pieces, Mac and Cheese and fries with ranch sauce. Everything was fantastic! Really enjoyed it and will definitely be back.
