Staff are all very knowledgeable on the products.

Really good Toyshop plenty of bargains to be had, Adam was really helpful and friendly.

Very, very busy but got my son another Nerf gun at half the price on Amazon , bargain.

No structure to ques. People just walking in front of the que and staff allowing it.. knowing others have been stood waiting cramped til area doesn't help. A few signs with que here would solve the problem. Promotional items not separated correctly which ends up with people picking up the wrong items which again holds up the que.

Got my Grandkids some toys they have always wanted.

I was lucky as the shop was open by 9.00 am . As my daughter had to attend a birthday party by 10.30 a.m this was the best place to buy gifts from.

Got all new stuff in but doesn't last and quite expensive ok for a few things fun shop but there's cheaper places near by

Great place for kids Christmas presents and stocking fillers. Seems to cover all the favourites.

Always best choice for toys in my opinion, I also took my little girl in to spend her birthday money and they was extra polite and helpful with her 👍

Really good deals on toys and collectibles

Went into buy an activity table for my daughter and there wasn't any on the shelves. Asked a member of staff and she went to have a look and returned with one so me and my daughter were happy. Very helpful staff, good location in the mall shame they don't use the entrance/exit opposite NatWest bank.

Didn't have what k wanted in store. But overall view was good.

Im quote disappointed of the store because they sell the right amount of diecasts for a bargain and now they sell good premiums too. But they stopped selling hotwheels like its a charity shop asking for donations rather than hotwheels diecasts. I'm not happy by the fact that happened and it already has lost three stars.

Very convenient toy store in town and there is something here for every child of all ages. Can get busy at times but prices are reasonable.
