I just got a PCR test done, for international travel and the service and the speed was second to none. I explained to Shaun that I needed the results on a fast turn around for a flight, and I had the results back in less than 12 hours. Highly recommend this clinic. Very safe, clean and easy to find.

I got my insoles refurbished here. They took a little bit longer than the estimated time, however, this is not a problem as the quality is great and they feel brand new again. Much better to have a good quality product than something that is rushed. Additionally, it was also extremely well priced. Very happy with the service and will be sending my other pair of insoles to be refurbished by them soon. Definitely recommend them. Thanks guys!

Needed a blood test doing for going on Accutane. Rang up and I got an appointment for the next day. went to my appointment and everything went very well and I even received the blood test results on the same day. very happy with how everything went.

I feel as if Premier Clinic has saved my life! Could barely walk when I first visited, but am now well on my way to being mobile again. It also took Shaun less than 5 minutes to diagnosed a Morton's Neuroma which my GP insisted was 'just arthritis' - the pain in the ball of my foot had stopped me walking any distance for years. My new insoles (3d printed on site) are solving the problem. In a word, 'brilliant'!

What a fabulous place and expert advice that truly wowed me. Shaun is exceptional in his experience and people skills, puts you straight at ease with his fabulous humor and kindness. Cannot believe the difference a pair of insoles can make. I came out feeling extremely happy, which is a rarity for me going to the amount of appointments I go to. I had a fantastic session with Shaun yesterday evening. After having achilles problems for the last 2-3 weeks he quickly diagnosed the issue and explained what the cause was in simple and easy to understand language. Very highly recommended.

In October 2021, I suffered a fall, which resulted in a fractured vertebrae. This was not picked up by A&E Blackburn. I also suffer from spinal stenosis. Premier was recommended to me and I can honestly say that since attending the clinic, my life has been turned around. From shuffling around in pain, to a more confident stride with less pain. Shaun and his team have been thoroughly professional in their treatment and advice. I would recommend them to anyone suffering from injuries which restrict movement. They will get you going again and put you in a good place!

One very happy lady! Oh my word … 9 months of injury and all sorted after one visit to Shaun and Julie at premier clinic! So grateful to finally get a correct diagnosis for a start. I went in with knee pain and what I thought was a pulled glute only to discover it was my back. It took Shaun no time at all to understand my problem and treatment was administered before I even had chance to think. Back realigned and I practically skipped out of the room. Next stop Julie for a sports massage. Not a relaxing massage but oh so effective. I will definitely be having regular sports massages now. Thank you soooo much. Back to running and biking 🚴‍♀️

Brilliant service from Shaun. I had a issue with sciatic pain and he assessed and found I needed adjustment on pelvic and spine. I felt great after the adjustment and could bend and move within seconds..

I would recommend premier Clinic to anyone. A couple of years ago, after an operation on my neck, my wife booked a sports deep tissue massage. I can't recommend Premier Clinic enough. I have lived across few different cities and have accessed health facilities, having both positive and negative experiences but Premier clinic has been the best of the lot so far. Shaun has gone the extra mile for me , beyond and above his duty of care to try to get me booked with a consultant as quickly as possible and the communication channel with him is very open as well. I initially visited Premier clinic to see a private GP. She was excellent, efficient and did not rush me at all.
