Lovely experience with the ambience and the way of serve the food by train you must to enjoy their your meal in different stations and rail

My family liked the restaurant's environment, they took so many pictures/reels, especially of trains delivering our food. Our kid was so excited. They even have kids play items(slide, zig-zag n all) with them. And coming to the food it was also yummy. We had some pure vegetarians with us and they provided Jain thali/food so our north-Indian meal was of no onion-garlic.

Good place to visit with kids. Tell them more with some basic info.& History of Indian Railways,they will enjoy it. Ask waiter to send the dishes 1 by 1 in train,kids will love the toy train coming to deliver. Foods is nice, delicious & good portions

Service was too slow at restaurant, they provide a remote for giving notifications to waiter but after several try I had to get up and call the waiter by myself. Staff is not attentive and professional. It’s just a concept restaurant and good for first time and photography but not for second time. Food quality was also not upto the mark, we ordered Dahi k shole & other stuff as snacks and some drinks. after 02 - 03 minutes main course came and we had to rush for main course. Dal Makhani was half cooked and we informed the waiter for the same but he didn’t respond as it was ok for him. So this sort of behaviour shows the service standards. This way we even couldn’t enjoy our snacks and food. No finger bowls after dinner. Some of the people provided but not us. So we are not going back again and not recommend to other too.

Went for a family dinner 2days back. Ambience is good. However found the service too slow. Had to remind time and again to get the food served. Positive aspect was the food was good. Surprise element was the electricity was knocked off. Inspite of assurance that it will be back in 5 mins, it didn't come up for more than 30 mins. We had to have dinner without AC and light. Frustrated we cancel the food that was ordered. There was no remorse on not having a generator backup and on poor customer service. Top of it we were charged as service tax and also VaT on the food amount. Will think twice or thrice before revisiting this place.

Food prices were that of a 3 star restaurant but quality and ambience was not upto the mark. Only attraction was the train service but that too got disturbed because of electricity failure(a bad co- incidence.

High rates n rude staff and service r very bad 😔
