We were very disappointed with the service. Have to wait for more than 15 minutes to order, then 10 minutes later the waiter said that they could not serve us what we have ordered due to the luck of people in the kitchen. Another 10 minutes later, we received our coffee, and at the end - we had to wait for more than 20 minutes (after 2 times asking different waiters) to have the receipt and pay.

I would leave zero stars if I could. Took them 40 minutes to serve a pizza. It was without main ingrediant which they do not have, but did not share to us while orderning. They just decided to prepare without it. While we were waiting the server was okay to serve to another table burned dishes. All of the workers were eating the returned orders while new ones were getting prepared.

We we're here last year, we had pizza, salad, drinks. We loved it very much. Last week we came back, but the terrace was closed (probl it's opened for summer). We had dessert, good cakes. The staff is friendly, the prices are good. Will definitely come back in a few months.

It was a favourite place for me, but probably due to the Easter holidays, last time I was there, it was dirty, crowded and not very pleasant to stay in. The Easter bread they're selling extremely expensively was definitely not worth the price! I was very disappointed, as for the price I gave, I expected at least decent quality 😞. Despite those young waitresses being rude and arrogant towards customers, they make FANTASTIC Pizza that really caught us by surprise!!!!! If you ever visit Ruse by chance (not very touristic place), must try the Pizza in this cafe.

They deserve to be international chain. Keep on the same way guys and please don't repeat the mistake of many other restaurant businesses in Bulgaria - keep the quality regardless how much you will loose today, in a week or a month soon after the bad period it will repay to you in greater amounts.
