We had an excellent experience. The rooms, lobby and courtyard are immaculately clean, attentive and friendly staff, and the location is minutes walking distance from the Danube, shops and the city center. Great breakfast and coffee. The staff is also fluent in English. Highly recommended.

I loved the hotel, the room, it is nice, very clean. The staff is very polite and I felt welcomed, which is important for every guest. The hotel is situated at less than 5 min walking from the city center and same distance from the Danube riviera. Parking available near the hotel.

My stay here is perfect every single time. The location is very good, the hotel is nice and clean, the staff is extremely polite and friendly, the breakfast is great! I would say this is the best hotel in Ruse.

What can I say?! This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is great with the Danube river just 50 meters away and the Liberty Square just a quick 5-7 minutes stroll. The hotel is truly boutique and by having 3 stars I think they are a bit conservative. We have been to places where they would slam 4 stars on the wall easy for this kind of hotel. We had a junior suite with a balcony and it was very nice. Plenty space, decorated with good taste and everything looked good as new. Breakfast while it's not a buffet it is enough to get you going. But what sets this hotel apart form the others is the staff. We've been traveling quite a bit and I'm telling you, the level of service here is above most 5 stars famous hotels. Absolutely stunning service and a big thank you to the lady and the gentleman from the front desk and of course the hotel manager. Stellar job and we'll be back for sure.

Perfect place to stay in Ruse. Not far from the center, directly at the Danube. Nice restaurants and bars are near around. Very friendly and helpful staff. Everything is new and clean. Breakfast is good.

A lovely small hotel, 5 minutes from the main squre and right on the corner of the Danube river. Pretty good service both at the front desk and at breakfast, spacious rooms with comfortable beds.

Service is wonderful, the managers are very warm and welcoming. I was even greeted with a small cup of local, warm tea, which hit the spot. The room is very small but very cozy and pleasant. Entire property is very clean. It's a little farther from old town than some of the other local hotels, but still only a 4-5 minute walk. It's also only a 2-3 minute walk to the entrance to the park which straddles the Danube River. Room rate is incredible if paying with, say, USD, GBP or Euro. Highly recommend.

I was expecting a view to it and somehow, with a lot of walking around the terrace I got the view, but it wasn't what I wanted it to be. ... The hotel is neat with interesting accents such as paintings and small decorations; … There is a view of the river, but not in all rooms and with quite an effort. … Very kind people - they try to help in every way, they gave me a discount, they did not hide anything in terms of details, including the missing view of the river; … Comfortable beds and pillows; … We had forgotten a garment in the room, they found it, kept it until we came back to get it; … One criticism - the lock to our bathroom started to fall apart from the first push and also the door did not close tightly. … Terrible noise through the bathroom when someone flushes the toilet in the other rooms. It was stressful when I first heard. ...
