If you are vegetarian. And a fan of sewwts and North Indian food, this place is appropriate for you. Although I'm a hardcore non-vegetarian, despite of that, I prefer eating here often because of quality assurance and trust of the brand Harilal. South Indian are phenomenal but to my surprise they have so relishing Tandoori momos. I still have its taste on my taste buds. Their Panipuri, Sandwiches, and Jalebis are to die for ❤️

They are registered on zomato and other online platforms, but the scams they do with online food delivery is that they gave you old and cold sweets. I specially received 3 times from the same shop. Even after repeated complains on zomato it didn't work. Others products are good as they are fresh, but here i am sharing photographs of Jalebi, you can see its broken and thick & soft. If you Dine in there they have thin and crypsy. I don't know why they do that to delivery. May be they think that food cannot be returned and to clear previous cold stock they the customer standing there would not prefer to eat.

Today I went with my family and had food. Firstly no proper response from the staff& manager . Even after 3-4 reminders spoon, tissues and bills were provided, even the waiter served food which he didn't knew as the order was incorrect when asked said he didn't knew what is the order. Location Located on Sahdeo Mahto Marg near satyendra narain park. Car can be Parked in front of the restaurant for free. There are lots of trees so you can park under the shadow of tree. Ambience Aesthetic and ambience of the sitting area which is on the first floor of the restaurant is very average. High chairs are available and so is the family and private areas. Food I went with family for the breakfast and ordered puri sabji + vada sambhar + hot gulab jamun. Food is cooked in desi ghee and taste is great. Cost of per piece of hot gulab jamun is 45/- which is very expensive. Service I ordered extra puri to which the service boy told that it will take 20 min because bulk order is being taken care of. Masala tea and coffee also took 15 min to be served. Next time when you visit, please order all items at once.

There is chaat , halwa stall in the front of the shop. For purchasing any item , you have to pay first and take the token and show that at the respective counter. Basically there is self service system. Bakery items and sweets are really good. I have tried only bakery and sweets there but I'm confirm about the snacks and other items there are really good. All the sweet, snacks, and bakery item counters are on the ground floor. There's a restaurant on first floor , you can get a variety of meal there including south indian foods. I could say Harilal ventures are the gems of vegetarian food industry of Patna.

Yesterday I visited harilal to fulfil my hunger desire. Where I ordered dosa. And here is the review!!! The dosa itself was perfectly crispy and had a nice texture. The two chutneys that came with it were a great complement to the dosa and added a lot of flavor. The coconut chutney was especially noteworthy, with a subtle hint of coconut that made it really stand out. The Sambhar was also delicious, with a good balance of spices that wasn't too overpowering. The staff were really friendly and attentive, which made for a pleasant dining experience. The ambiance of the restaurant was also quite nice, with a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. Overall, I had a great time at Harilal and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a tasty and enjoyable meal!

Fantastic place. Great food. The Lassi is exceptionally good here served in bottles. A must try. Daal makhani and Aloo Jeera along with butter naan is speechless. The service is quick. Chinese selection is also very good. Overall a wonderful experience.

Anyone can give orders for their requirements like events, weddings or any other function in different style and packing boxes also. The area is clean and Parking can hold 10 bikes at a time and Cars can be parked in the parking area in the middle of the road (in front of the store). For payments, the store accepts cash, card and online wallets. A little expensive for middle class teenagers or youngsters (as they prefer cheap and best).

I have ordered 3 masala dosa and a pav bhaji but they served cold food .. when i i complaint they insist me to eat that food .. when i refuse and ask for the bill they take back dosa and bring another dosa which was also not freshly made .. finally i paid for the food which i have tasted which is a pav bhaji and a dosa ... There north Indian and chinese food is great but the one thing which put off my mood was the kulfi faluda it tasted like milk powder and sugar and it wasn't cold at all.

I ordered masala dosas and it was very bad. They had done the stuffing of samosa's aalu inside as if it tastes. Sambhar was also not good. Chatni was bitter in the taste.

It seems like they are covering the losses for the lockdown by offering speech to the customer which are extremely low grade and downtrodden in the market. Never ever go to harilal's to buy sweets. Moreover they do not have any process to acknowledge any complaints or to act on it. On scale of 1 to 10 I would rate harilal as zero when it comes to sweets. One of the worst experience and the last 15 to 20 years at a sweet shop. Be aware that do not buy sweets from this store before testing a single piece.

Taste and quality wise, this place is amazing. Unbeatable. However some minor improvements are needed. For instance, their pani puri, dahi Puri etc have no alu. We are used to alu and we feel the taste with alu. They use chola and it doesn't feel like pani puri. Also I billed for rabdi rasmalai and malai roll. When I visited the counter after pani puri, everything was gone. I asked for refund. They should start keeping items reserved as soon as item gets billed.

This review is split in between two parts - the harilal sweet shop and the restaurant. Harilal sweet shop my rating would be 4/5, the only problem is price which is somewhat higher than it should be. Quality is definitely very good here, be it snacks or the sweets. Harilal restaurant on the first floor serves good food but the service here is very delayed. Even for the dosa, we have to wait for a long time. But the quality of the food is really good. Be it dosa or paneer tikka or raj kachodi or even chhole bhature. However, the quantity of food in traditional dishes like paneer kadai and fried rice is very less. All in all with some negatives, this is still a solid restaurant and if they improve the service the rating should be a clear 4 stars.

We had plain dosa & Paper masala dosa, which was served with sambhar and two types of chutneys. The meal was tasty and satisfying. The seating arrangement was comfortable, service was prompt both from taking orders to serving the food. The couple on the next table were celebrating their young daughter's birthday, so we wished her and smile on the shy girl's face was heavenly. It was overall a very happy experience.
