‘Senior’ stylist didn’t know how to handle curly hair at all, refused to do what I’d asked for, and absolutely butchered the front of my hair, saying if I didn’t like it I could just straighten it. It’s now taken me a year to grow out. Charged me £30 for a butchered dry cut that took her less than 10 minutes to do. Made me feel extremely unwelcome and uncomfortable the entire time I was there. Would not recommend if you’re an anxious person or if you have anything other than pin straight hair.

Georgia is fantastic.. leaves you looking fabulous.. I usually only have a haircut every 6 months or so. however since finding this salon .. look forward to every 8 weeks .. even brought my 17year old daughter this time .. her very first visit to a salon as she has super long hair she’s trusted her mum to trim all her life . .. we are delighted with the results .. thanks you and see you soon 😊

I’ve come here twice for pedicures. The first time they were even able to squeeze in an impromptu mini facial just because I asked. Super friendly, kind staff who take meticulous care from head to toe. Love this place!

Awful customer service, unfriendly, barely spoke to me or my son, got my booking wrong - I had booked for me and my son to both have our hair cut, they missed him off the booking and when i asked about it on arrival was told “we don’t have time today”, no apology. Was quoted wrong price when I called and booked the appt, at time of paying was told it was £6 more, again no apology just told to take a copy of price list for next time (no thanks, won’t be returning). Couldn’t wait to get out of there!

First time I've been here. Very pleasant staff. Clean and tidy. Adhering to all covid19 safety. Sophie was lovely and very informative. Have re booked for a colour.
