    I checked in on their opening day- Oct 27, 2022. The lobby is well decorated and modern. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful and got me checked in right away. The concierge walked me to my suite and offered to make any reservations if needed. She gave some recommendations based on my interest and kindly made the reservations. I had some time to burn before my evening city tour so I sat at the lobby and had a beer. Salim (front office manager) and Sam (general manager I believe) came and introduced themselves and sat down to have a quick chat. They also informed me that I was their first diamond member to check in their hotel. To summarize, I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Amman. The staff with their friendly and attentive attitudes made my stay that much more memorable. I would highly recommend staying here! 5 stars all the way!

    Whilst the upgrade to the junior suite was appreciated and the room was huge, when we went to bed at midnight it was impossible to turn off the ambient lighting (even with the master control) and we didn't get a good night sleep. When mentioned to reception, the staff took no accountability and tried to blame it on user error of not knowing how to use the light control panel. However given the fuse box was left open it seems like the issue was previously known to the hotel. The exterior windows looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. The security services and amenities at the hotel were good.

    Very nice hotel. Looks like it is pretty modern with nice views of the city. Rooms were very nice. Enjoyed the executive lounge and the bar and restaurant were very good as well. It is in more of the business district vs. where the tourist sites are. Overall, would recommend.

    Excellent service of a newly built hotel in Amman. All staff do their utmost effort to keep you satisfied. Excellent and delicious breakfast. Location not in center, but that’s good, because from here you can reach easier all archaeological sites outside of Amman. As this is a new Hilton, some of the staff members still on the job training.

    Nice hotel, just checked in. The hotel is totally renovated and all new. It was not Hilton earlier. Room is spacious and very comfortable. Thank you and will update the review throughout my stay. All the best.

    Our stay at the Hilton Amman was excellent. The staff are attentive and always trying to make your stay pleasant. The buffet breakfast had many choices with fresh food being brought to your table throughout the meal. The executive lounge was well stocked with plenty of staff to make your time in the lounge comfortable and enjoyable. The spa was excellent, again with very attentive staff and plenty of amenities. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and we will stay here again.

    I had a good one night stay here thanks to my Chase Sapphire points, it was comfortable and located in a nice area. The staff were very nice and welcoming and gave some great directions on what to do and where to go. The controls in the room are little tricky so actually listen to the instructions on how to use them. Otherwise, a good stay in a nice hotel.

    Not your standard Hilton. Nice rooms (there was even a washing machine in the rooms!), good location and good amenities. SUPER kind staff- Tariq at the front desk went above and beyond to be so helpful! Rami at the breakfast area was very attentive and made sure i was well taken care of. Overall, exceptional service.

    The staff was excellent! Very helpful and kind! As it was our honeymoon they upgraded our room free of charge and they welcomed us with a special cake for us to celebrate the special moment! It was our first night at Jordan and they help us start our vacation with the best feeling! Thank you hope to visit you again!

    Check in was difficult. The front desk was not sure how long it will taken for the rooms to get ready. The breakfast was below average and repeat all the days. The location of the hotel is good. Accessible to all tourist places for visit.

    very friendly staff, but the one valet parking team member drove my car recklessly and was using his mobile while driving (my car). please Hilton management keep your eyes on the guys since the exit experience was very bad, while your service is excellent and the food is tasty as well

    I travelled to Hilton Amman with a work group and had a great experience. The food is especially wholesome and tasty, and the room cleaning services are especially satisfactory. The hotel just needs to work on the internet services. There is an open access internet that is just not reliable and keeps disconnecting. Apart from this pain point, there was nothing else. The hotel is centrally located and the staff is friendly and welcoming.

    Hadn't eaten a quality steak in a while. Cooked perfect (mr) and that first bite was an emotional event. Vegetables cooked perfectly with slight crunch. Very kind and attentive staff. Reasonable price!

    Recently renovated hotel. The rooms as well as all common areas were very clean. The staff professional and polite. We stayed five days and every evening we were looking forward to dine at the hotel restaurant. Excellent food.

    Well the hotel was recommended by my colleague who stayed there. Everything seemed perfect (room in general, staff, etc) but the room was facing a construction work. The noisy vehicles started the work at night at about 10pm until after midnight at least... and all the work was noisy. I had to change the room and I thank the front desk for their support. Besides my first night was charged 39 JOD more than my booking rate and after complaining, I am reimbursed only 12 JOD. I won't stay in Hilton Amman anymore

    People make the experience not only the great facilities! The staff were so helpful, accommodating, polite and adapted around our schedules for a free check out service too. It was the best hotel we stayed during our time in Jordan.

    We had a lovely stay here. The rooms were nice with cool aircon that worked quickly. We had a great experience at the spa with a last minute walk in appointment. All staff were very welcoming and kind especially Rami who works with the restaurants, by our third morning he remembered our breakfast drink orders, overall above and beyond.

    We attended a wedding party for our cousin on the 21st floor. The view was remarkable, and the entrance was also lovely. But the hall was small and had a bad design for parties. Anyway, we had a great day in Hilton Amman.

    The Hilton hotel was very nice overall, the rooms are very spacious and of a high standard, the service is overall very good, the breakfast has a decent selection on offer. My main complaint is about the check-in process, as this was unnecessarily long. Something that should realistically take 2 minutes ended up taking nearly 30, which is not ideal after a long journey. The pool and jacuzzi area is nice, but a little small, not an issue if it's empty though.

    In between stays at Wadi Rum and a super late flight back to Tel Aviv we needed somewhere to kill some time so I booked a room at The Hilton in Amman. The hotel was insanely busy and I could tell they were a bit behind but they still got us a room within 20 minutes of arrival The room was well appointed and very comfortable 5/5 While we didn’t stay the whole night, it was a great room at a decent rate 5/5 Will return, thanks! ‎شكرًا لك

    Hilton Amman is an excellent! We stayed here at the start and end of a 10 day trip. Mohammad at the front desk is the best front desk person we’ve ever had! He’s excited to have us stay, is helpful with tips on where to eat and what to do in the city! The bed is comfortable, the rooms are clean & elegant. Minor annoyances are hairdryers, or the lack thereof. There was a specific issue with our room. When I’d turn off the lights, it would also power off the plug sockets by the bed. The engineer came up and rewired circuit board late at night and fixed it! So overall, I think this is a great hotel. Food, drinks, staff are all as anyone could ask for when traveling.

    My husband and I went for the couple massage, it was my husband’s birthday and he really liked the decoration that they made specially for him! And not to mention how amazing and relaxing the massage was! A special thanks goes to Mr. Rakan for his assistance and for managing the birthday decorations 😍

    I had a terrible interaction at check in. Long story short, I booked a room for two night and was going to be charge for three nights. The situation was handled poorly at the front desk and there was no acknowledgement for the mistake that was done at their end. The Hilton is one of the hotels I stay at when I travel. It will still be , but definitely not the one I. Amman.

    My only choice when in Amman. Traveling from America, I was a bit nervous on trying a new hotel on this adventure.. but really this is the best hotel with the best service. The minute you walk in the people at the desk are so welcoming, and this feels like home away from home.

    We spent five wonderful days at this hotel. The hotel staff was really accommodating and kind. Whenever we needed anything in the room, Mohammed Al Erqsousi, the receptionist, was always more than willing to assist. Ismael, the concierge, was really kind and assisted us with the bags. The breakfast was excellent. Amjad and Majed were kind and helpful as always at the restaurant. They gave us a small gift that we will always remember. During our visit to Jordan, Kristin and Heba in the guest relations office have given us several recommendations for things to do. Both were very kindhearted. This hotel earns me more than 5 stars. It was our first time in Jordan, yet we immediately felt at home. I would definitely suggest this hotel to everyone. It will be the best decision you’ll ever make. Excellent hotel!

    Very nice hotel with great room and delicious food. We spend there only one night and had short sleep but despite of that we feel very fresh as bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic with a lot of local food. Staff extremely friendly. As example we can say that this was first day in Jordan and our card lost air in the tire:( Guys offer us help, drive the car to the work shop and fixed for us! Look forward to seeing them again.

    I spent 10 days in this hotel and frankly it was top, the staff takes care of customer satisfaction and always with a smile that they serve you, especially the morning team during breakfast, Rami, youcef are always there to serve you better. thank you to both of you because thanks to you that with good energy I resumed my working day. well done ❤️

    The hotel is not big, but rooms are newly renovated and very clean. The service is exceptional, buffet breakfast was delicious, valet parking was quick. Everything is perfect, the best Hilton we have ever stayed.

    We really enjoyed staying at the Hilton in Amman. Everyone was welcoming and helpful. The hotel is equivalent to other 5 star hotels. It is modern, beautiful and has great service. The breakfast buffet is wonderful. The rooms are very nice and there is a large lap pool. We were especially appreciative of being able to store our bags while we hiked/biked in Wadi Rum and Petra.

    Spacious room with nice view on the city as it is one of the only tall building in the neighborhood. They have free valet parking. Room was extremely comfortable, well soundproofed. Nothing to say. We ordered in-room dining, I signed the bill but they then called back to collect the payment now because there was no deposit made, not really professional to be treated like that like we were gonna leave without paying… we had to checkout anyway and they had our car. Otherwise great service. The pool was appreciated even if there is only four chairs available to relax.

    We had a good stay at Hilton Amman. I was truly amazed with the level of security in the hotel and how serious the team took safety and security. Well done on this! Checking in at the front desk was super efficient and the staff were extremely polite, courteous and provided us many information on how to navigate our way throughout the city . Being Diamond members, our meals were served at the Executive lounge in the Mezzanine Floor and the staff there were super professional and helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable and equipped with all the latest accessories. The artwork in the hotel is also tastefully done. Overall staying here is safe, convenient, easily accessible and super comfortable.

    Our experience at Hilton Amman didn’t start on a high note as we had to wait hours to check-in due to the hotel being fully booked and guests not checking-out timely. Naturally, we were unhappy and my wife left some strong words as feedback. The hotel authority acknowledged their mistake and tried to rectify it. Specially noteworthy is Mr. Rami’s hospitality at the restaurant. All in all, it’s a decent place to stay if you’re in Jordan for work for a week or so.

    I have stayed in many hotels all around the world, however this hotel has surpassed all expectations. Everyone employed at the hotel was so friendly and welcoming. From the front desk, to the housekeepers, to the valet and bellmen. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to spend their time in Amman. The hospitality is second to none. I will forever remember the time my family and I spent at this hotel. Sadam the bellman was so very helpful to us. My family and I thank you for your generosity and look forward to returning in the future

    Do not book here! I had an extended stay in Amman and started my stay at Sheraton. The breakfast was included in the stay. The service was phenomenal. The bar had a month long buy one get one deal. I was forced to extend my stay and consequently had to switch ti a different hotel. I chose Hilton and definitely regretted my decision. This hotel is way over priced for the value you get. It says breakfast is complimentary but you’ll have to pay anyways for it. The hotel food is also over priced and nothing is fresh. So if you enjoy over paying to get less and enjoy the fast of frozen food, book now!

    Mohammed at the front desk was exceptional at his customer service. I appreciate his help making our stay more at home. Daisy I believe at the spa she just started... She was also the perfect touch to calm the day and genuinely release the tension. Her spirit and energy made the spa experience blissful and I recommend her highly.     Overall, my stay was enjoyable. This is a great hotel for tourists and location is great. Book online via the Hilton Honors app to get the best rate as they quoted me a slightly higher cost at the front desk on my last day. Most of the staff members I encountered were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Hotel was clean and looked great. Facilites are in excellent condition. I did encounter one staff member at the front desk who refused to cash my USD currency because he couldn't differentiate between a new $100 bill and an old one. Rather than argue, I took my money and spent it across the street where they appreciated my business.
