We went to Crumz Dabouq on Saturday morning around 9AM, the place was empty, couple of tables only, the order took forever to be serverd, we ordered eggs bendict, which looked like anything but proper eggs bendict, the hollandaise sauce was so thick, and we asked for salmon, it came without it, we sent the order back, when they served it again, nothing changed, so we asked them to take it back, after 10 minutes this is what we got (pic), extremely disappointed considering the location, reputation and the price, you should be truly ashamed serving such poor quality food to your customers. Not recommended, and will not come back for sure.

You can have your cake and eat it too when in Crumz. It is the place for best cakes, bakery and bread in western Amman. One of the few places to offer “ham” on the menu. Try their carrot cake and let me know 😎

Lovely place to have breakfast , the earlier the better , a little noisy after 11 am. Bagels were great and delicious . A bit expensive though.

Nice atmosphere and comfy seating despite a disappointing experience. Obvious shortage of staff. Tasks overlapping. Little quality control. On entering a lady stormed by our group literally stepping on the back of my shoe and disregarded the queue by interrupting the host and getting seated ahead of us which the host complied with. It took 25 minutes for the waiters to take the order. The food came ahead of the drinks which was unusual. It took 3 tries for the staff to bring a bowl of hot water to warm the babies bottle in. Food is average and presentation is basic

Well, ordered egg and sujok, the dough was undercooked and egg and sujok slightly dry! Moreover, there was a man smoking in the non-smoking area! The coffee was good!

Cool spot for breakfast, good bakery.

Nice cozy place , Suitable for winter time ,,,, Crumb Bakery Cafe stuff are very nice and very polite I really recommend it for cozy hangouts
