Such a convenient location, friendly staff, clean, and very reasonably priced. I went today for the first time and tried the Egg Roll Bowl. It was perfect, already looking forward to trying the Burger Bowl & the Power Bowl.

Cabell's iron nutrition meals are delicious and convenient. I love the variety of options, and the ingredients are fresh and of high quality. The meals are well-balanced and designed to provide an optimal amount of food. Ordering is easy, and the delivery service is great. Highly recommend!

4.5 stars Popped into Cabell's for lunch with a bit of trouble having the navigation get me there (look for the C sign). Offers ready to pick up meals that can be heated onsite or to put in your refrigerator. Meal preparation is also a heavy part of the business to cater to your nutritional needs. Owner was very nice and took the time to explain his offerings. The teriyaki steak with rice and some veggies was a great first choice, and I would definitely return to try some other meals.

Cabell and his brother have taken great care of me since I started ordering from them. The food is always good and my picky eating girlfriend even loves it. They deliver my food, learning where to put it when I’m busy working, and going out of their way when I order later than intended. My go to meal prep service for sure!

I’ve tried every meal prep spot in BG and Cabell’s is BY FAR the best. Portions are sizable, prices are good and food is delicious. Really appreciate them having the macros for every meal available. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I’m so happy that I found this place!! Everyone in there is so nice and so helpful! It’s location is very convenient for me since I have classes at WKU. This is seriously the yummiest healthy meals I’ve had. I just don’t have the time to prep my meals for the week like I used to, and they do just that for you, and very reasonably priced! It’s perfect for a busy gal like me that still wants to take the best care of themselves!! Absolutely DELICIOUS food!!!

Cabell's Iron Nutrition has been a life saver! My doctor recommended I eat a high protein diet and these meals are delicious and convenient. There is always a great variety of fresh food choices. The meals are packaged to be heated later and running in and checking out is quick and easy. If you are too busy to go in to pick up your meals, they will deliver. Cabell’s iron nutrition is truly delicious! There’s a great variety of different foods to suite whatever craving you got all while helping meet whatever nutrition goals. I got just a basic chicken broccoli and rice, and cabell didn’t make it taste basic at all! Best meal prep service in town!

Just ate here for the first time and I’m so impressed! The flavor was incredible and one meal easily will give me two servings personally. There were so many options and the owner was so nice and helpful! He even gave me free protein balls to try which were also amazing. Will definitely be back and recommend trying this place out!

Food is delicious! They are great for meal plans and provide nutritional info (macros, keto, low carb, etc). They are easy to work with and open to new ideas and request. Prices are fair and less expensive than other nutrition places. Highly recommend!
