Breakfast was hot and fast. Our waitress was very attentive. We did some shopping in the store after breakfast. The restrooms were clean.

Always enjoy Cracker Barrel when on the road, this stop no exception. Service and food we're great. This evening we tried their new steak, chicken, shrimp platter and the steak though a bit overcooked had an excellent flavor, we enjoyed the meal and had leftovers as well. Our server was the best! We shared a piece of fudge Coca-Cola cake, very rich but so good! And oh my gosh, Christmas stuff is already out people! You can start your shopping early.

We made a pit stop at Cracker Barrel restaurant for a swift lunch en route to Nashville. The fried steak lacked flavor, and the sawmill gravy didn't quite hit the mark, but thankfully, I had it on the side. On the bright side, the home-style fried chicken was exceptional—juicy, crispy, and incredibly moist. My son loved it so much that he had seconds. The chicken salad was fairly standard. The service was excellent, and there was ample parking. Our food arrived promptly, and the cornbread was a tasty addition to the meal.

Food was good, had a large group of 8. Had to wait about 45 minutes instead of the estimated 30 that was given. Which wasn't bad.

Went to have breakfast today. Cracker Barrel is normally very busy, but not so busy today. Used the app to get our name into the queue sat down promptly. However it was over 10 minutes before the server ( Vivian) came by and said hi to us. It was another 3 minutes before she came back and asked / "can I get you something to drink". My response was "we've been here long enough, we know what we want". To which she snapped at me " sir I've been very busy with this other table and it doesn't help me out when you're rude like this. I'm a person too, you know. I will get you another server"... and walked away and so we walked out. We went across the street to the Waffle House and had the best experience we've had in a long time. Yes the Waffle House! Cracker Barrel has been our favorite place to go for breakfast for more than 40 years. First time I've ever experienced anything like it. It's going to take a lot for us to come back to this cracker barrel. Would not recommend.

I actually was using my complimentary coupon for poor service from a previous experience. We were a party of four seated rather quickly. The experience started out pleasant the waitress was attentive. We placed our orders and waited. Two at our table had finished the initial beverage and waited for 15 minutes and had to ask the waitress for drinks. She said it would be a minute. I get it was busy but, still hospitality and customer service go hand in hand. We waited for 45 minutes to finally have our food delivered to the table. A child had the chicken kids meal and literally counted 5 yes 5 steak fries, one meal had breakfast the eggs were dry and the syrup seemed pretty watery, my meal the roast beef with double broccoli was hardly a serving of broccoli and I paid for cheese which was not on the order. Also the roast beef was maybe 3/4 a cup if at most. The only meal that was decent was the steak meal with the complaint being the steak was not well done. I left there hungry and disappointed. I will not visit any cracker barrel and will look for better quality customer service and hospitality. I gave 2 stars simply because we were seated quickly.

Nostalgia, quality food, great service. Hadn't been to Cracker Barrel in a while, years actually. Was so happy to rediscover it. Had the best fried chicken of my life and the same family friendly environment I always loved to bring my kids to when we traveled. Loved the memories flooding back in, as well as the speedy and attentive service and the delish food. I will make a point of getting back more frequently. I shouldn't have let this much time pass by as I never had a reason to stop going.

I don't know what happened but at this location the food didn't have much taste. Cracker barrel is normally very good.

After going through menu online and getting my order the way I wanted it, I attempted to pay. I was not able to order online. So I called and was told that they are no longer doing online orders. She said sorry and was fixing to hang up. I asked quickly if I could place my order with her. She said they no longer take phone orders. Then I asked quickly if I could come inside and place the order. She told if I can get there before 9. Luckily I was at a hotel next door. They weren't that busy. Took about 5 minutes to get a server there to take my order and another gentleman that came in after me. Took 30 minutes to get my food. When I was handed my bag I asked if everything is in there, I was told yes. The biscuits were not there. There was no napkins or silverware that I requested. There was no okra. Now I know servers get busy, overwhelmed and catch hell from some customers. (It was not busy at all). But does that affect their ability to read? Each time I've ate there in the past few months they have messed up somehow. Last time I was given the wrong order. Time before that I waited over an hour for an order that I was told wouldn't be more than 30 minutes. On that note I will not eat there for a while if ever again.

As usual, the food was fantastic. My review is for the cinnamon roll pie. An overpriced cinnamon roll. Personally, I didn't care for it too much, but it did make a super cute centerpiece and conversation topic.

Usually have great service and food at this location. Not on this visit. When we were being seated we had to wait for the table to be cleaned and not cleaned very well. Our order was taken fairly quickly but seemed to be a longer wait than usual to get our food. I ordered the new tips, tenders and shrimp with pinto beans and the premium loaded mashed potatoes. Steak tips, shrimp, chicken tenders and pinto beans were all very good but the mashed potatoes seemed to have been sitting on the plate long before the rest of my food. They had a slice of American cheese slapped on top of them that was barely melted with a small pinch of bacon. They tasted like instant potatoes, not anything about them was "premium" On top of that our waitress wouldn't refill my drink after asking. Just poor experience this time

On our way home from the Florida Keys to Michigan. Stopped at Cracker Barrel to spend the night in the parking lot. Level, well lit, large and safe place to stay. After a great night of rest, we enjoyed a fabulous breakfast and last-minute gifts from their store. The gift shop has a wonderful selection of premium gifts at very affordable prices! From start to finish, outstanding experience.

First really bad experience with food at Cracker Barrel. I ordered scrambled eggs and a steak medium well. Eggs were basically stirred once or so on the grill and fried hard and dry; harder to cut with a fork than my steak was. Steak wasn't burned, but it was pretty tough in areas and way done throughout. Next time I'll order medium and see what happens.

The food was so good & the atmosphere was so laid back and comfortable. This maple bacon chicken is incredible!!! I love to look around in the gift shop before & after eating. They have so many unique items.

I rated 3 stars because our unsweetened tea was very cloudy and had an off taste. The cornbread muffins were dry and my husband said the biscuits were a little hard. Maybe our timing was off, we got there a little before 4pm. The meals were good but really not up to usual Cracker Barrel standards.

Food and service great. One less star because. Even though it says rv friendly. It really is not. Had to take 7 parking spaces to park our 40' motorhome and toad.

Cracker Barrel is where you go when you miss home cooking. It's a comforting place with a warm fire and background noise of clinking dishes and old people laughing. My last couple experiences have been what and what honestly, but this time was rough. Our server seemed chipper enough until she mixed up our orders. That's okay, accidents happen. What wasn't cool was arguing with us about how she got it right and we were wrong. Did I second guess myself? Yes. Do I know what I ordered? Yes. The same meal that I've gotten every visit since I was 9. She also forgot a Togo order we placed while ordering our food. Again, a simple mistake but waited until after giving us our check to put it in then gave us a new check afterwards. My grandparents were not thrilled about waiting longer in the slightest. Ironically my husband worked at a cracker barrel for many many years and always tells us the protocol of when orders should be out. Surprisingly however it was not the hour we sat waiting for our food. On a side note it was fun to watch a server drop a butter then proceed to step in it as it squirted out all over a nearby man's leg. Thankfully for her he didn't notice. What shocked me is that she also acted like she didn't notice. Neither did every other server who stepped over it. It was right in front of the entryway to the kitchen so I'm sure it was annoying to step around for then but they all made it look so effortless. Luckily, after a while a man I can only assume to be the manager came to clean it up. I respect that. I don't think I'll be back willingly but who knows. The carrots are always A+

The food was ok. We had breakfast. 40 minute wait on the kitchen. Ordered 2 eggs over easy. They brought them out over well. They said they would recook them but it would be 15 more minutes. Very bad customer service. Ticket even said over easy. 💩💩💩

Quite fond of this Cracker Barrel had the best experience there well several times. All because of one lady there. Name Courtney she was the BEST hostess we had In a long time. That's why when we go there she is ask for. Drinks before we could even get settled in , keep a fresh glass in front of you the whole meal. Made every table she had feel like they was her only table.

Always a great meal and a great experience here. Plenty of great selections to choose from. You can also drink beer with your meal. Great desserts also. Pay your bill, leave a generous tip for your server. Before leaving the premises, plenty of items to browse and or purchase. Candy, soda pop, gift cards or rustic items for you to use to decorate your home, mobile home, gift to someone, whatever! Great place. Great times!

Food and staff were amazing. Let me put that out there before anything else! Our waitress was FANTASTIC! The downside was my son catching hand foot mouth disease. We were home all week before the trip to Cracker Barrel. Then in the car all day traveling from Memphis to Somerset. We stopped for dinner on Wednesday night the 21st of Dec. Then Thursday and Friday didn’t leave our house. Today, Saturday, my son started getting blisters around his mouth and hands. And a few on his feet. He had a fever yesterday and now the blisters. His dr said it’s most likely hands foot mouth. Which is a bummer. Not the end of the world. I’m assuming it came from the restaurant since that’s the only place we’ve gone to. Other than the car trip. Which he didn’t really get out till dinner. If you have little ones in high chairs, bring some disinfecting wipes to wipe down the chair and other surroundings. And I mean this with with good intent, but maybe making sure staff are properly cleaning high chairs throughly. Maybe with new rags and different cleaner. This is a very contagious virus. Again, staff and food were great. No issues there!

Although we visited at rush hour on a busy night the staff were very efficient and kept things moving. We received our order in a timely manner and it was not only completely correct but straight off the grill. The hottest dinner we've enjoyed while on our little trip. Such a welcoming environment with the fireplace, hot food, and friendly staff. This is why Cracker Barrel is or go to when traveling!

We went here for breakfast today - arrived at 10:30 & we were immediately seated. We ordered at 10:40 - didn't get our food until 11:05 & half of our food was missing. My husband didn't get his toast and I didn't get my bacon. In addition , our eggs weren't cooked right, the food was barely warm. The very small portion of Hashbrown casserole was not fully cooked. The server brought me another serving of it and this time it was brick hard , obviously overcooked. The even sadder part is that the server said a manager put our food together. We aren't planning to go back anymore. Every time we have tried to enjoy a meal here it is awful and a negative experience.

Had breakfast here after staying at one of the hotels. It had probably been 5 years since eating and at Cracker Barrel and it just wasn't that good. Nothing tasted fresh more just like it all came from the freezer or box. Service was great and prompt but food kinda blah

Priscilla is the absolute best server there, if you go to cracker barrel in bowling Green, you 100% want to ask for her! She is friendly and her customer service is phenomenal! I honestly don't eat with any other server at all especially Pam because she is rude and obnoxious, and has poor people skills, Priscilla will make sure your food is hot and always checks on her guests. I eat here weekly and her service never fails! My family is very grateful of her customer service! We have 5 children and she is great with the kiddos and very patient! So if you have children she is very family friendly especially as a mom herself. So tip well 😉

First time using carryout and the last time. Chicken dinners were terrible. Chicken was dry and hard like it was under heat lamps for 5-6 hours. Forgot our gravy for mashed potatoes and biscuits were also dry. The only thing good was the veggies. Extremely disappointed Cracker Barrel. Also it was supposed to be curbside and we had to go in to pick up our order!

Awesome!! Very clean & all staff very pleasant and food was great. Ashley our server 5 stars. I actually work fo CB in Alabama and I ordered a drink and she asked for ID and of course, I had to go to car and get it. She would not bring drink to me until she checked it and I am in my 60's So pleased with restaurant & retail. Ty. May I add. Clean bathrooms.

Consistently good food here. Helpful, friendly staff. They have a nice shopping area at the front and rocking chairs outside under cover to wait in. If you arrive during peak hours, you will have to wait.
