I didn't physically visit this location, so I cannot give a review of their premises, but I did purchase an item from them via the online portal. My overall experience was seamless and enjoyable. I had no issued with my order. I purchased my item and it was delivered as described and in complete working condition.

I love this shop. Their service is excellent. I have purchased the laptop on the internet portal on the12 November 2022 and it was delivered on the 15 November 2022. It was well packaged and in excellent condition. I am very happy with my purchase with them and I will do it again and again. I live in Mpumalanga. They derseve a 5 star. Worst experience of my life. Waited two days for them to come collect an item they were interested in. This morning at 08h00 they finally came to collect my item. The item is in store and when I asked where my money is, they sent me a proof of payment. No apologies for making a mistake and not doing the payment immediately, no discussion on when I can expect to have my money in my account. Just bad attitude from staff, threats to get thrown out the store but my item is on the floor and still I have not received my money. They have made this selling and buying experience the worst I have ever dealt with. Unprofessional, unfriendly and completely unjust! Colin doesn't care about his clients or the after sale service. He's now sitting with my item on his showroom floor and I have no money in my account.

I was in the store today and am horrified how the management and staff treated this lady .. Very unprofessional , well as unpleasant experience for me . They bought furniture from her and did a EFT but not an immediate payment which was agreed upon. Her items were already on the floor for sale but she had not yet received her money . We all know this is South Africa and proof of payment means nothing until the money reflects in your account. I will definitely not be selling nor will I Eva be buying anything from a cash converters again

Bad Business Practice, i loaned items for Cash, i have been extending these items for few Months since i was traveling, i use this process to ensure my items are preserved for future use. last month the consultant game an incorrect date to exted my Imac and Phone. on the day i arrived i was informed my laptop was sold and that i can arrange to get my phone back. the consultant admitted that the information they gave to me was incorrect, however there is nothing they can do. we truct business and employees to uphold the highest of standards when doing business, in this instantance i was not advised corretcly and one in the shop is willing to take accountability of incorrect information that i was give. this business did me wrong, i want to alert all futture clients of the Business practices.
