I am so disappointed in the service. I went there today and did not even get a chance to go in because the man who was taking down names for appointments told me the dentist can't help me with my problem and there is nothing that they can do. I would have appreciated the dentist to be the one to tell me rather than a random guy outside who looks down on us individuals. The admin workers are rude and this impacts the entire service. He was not even wearing a name badge and no covid-19 kit unlike his co-worker.

The staff are all rude and slow , I spent my whole day at the clinic , SA got must make a plan pliz pliz, if there anything you can do pliz take an opportunity to sort out their service

The dental department is proficient and the dental work expertly done.

I’m so disappointed with this clinic I’m not sure if it’s a public clinics protocol as they the same I don’t see a reason waking up at 6am taking a taxi to wait in the queue mind me ( next to the shops with no shade no chairs) for hours 6 to be exact while they take their precious teatimes together

The most unfriendly, unhelpful, rude and disrespectful staff I've ever come across. I wish the staff can just remember without the patients; who gets treated like criminals they wont have a job. A total waste of time to go there.

Mary Moodley Clinic got a bad service, today was my second time going there and I must say, I've never been helped ever since they sent me back home. Today a specific nurse treated me very bad and even made me cry in front of people to top it up she said she's not threatened by tears her name is Maipone

The service is poor so poor I called to the clinic told the person who said he was Mpho on the phone told the guy that won't be able to make it on my appointment date can i come before the response was you can come tomorrow when i came the sisters argued with me that am a lier Mpho was off was not on duty then said okay it's fine give me my appointment card I'll cancel the interview that was booked for that became an issue too up to an extent that my bp went high then they booked me for bp check didn't come because i had to go for second round of interview b

If I could give one star I absolutely would. My sister got there around 11 and till 16:30 afternoon got absolutely no help. First they lost her file and while very ill was expected to sit and remake a file. She stood in line for over two hours and again was told her file was misplaced. The doctor left though she and one more person were left to be seen. The doctor was however seen walking around the premises 30 minutes after claiming he needed to leave. The women left behind were rude and not helpful. This was reported to the senior person in room 16 and she failed to do anything. If my sister gets worse the fault is all on them.

The service is very poor they have no way of speaking to the patients. The securities don't know what they doing they made me stand in a line from half past 7 in the morning until 3pm in the afternoon only to find out the nurses that I needed to go see was knocking off at 4 and they could not help me they are very unprofessional unpleasant to deal with they have no manners or respect for the next person they make old and sickly people stand in long ques they have no order or structure

The ladies at the reception are so rude and can belittle you infront of everyone . They can sit for 1hour watching the queue grow. Those ladies dont want to work and i am going to attach their pictures next time

Majority of the staff are so rude. I asked to do an HIV test along with my sister and the nurse boldy said "No".

I would love to commend the medical staff at the dental department as well as the mental health department. All of the staff are angels 👼. They are compassionate, empathetic and very caring. Well done and thank you for your kindness and understanding. Gods richest blessings on all your staff
